We’ve recently purchased an organic latex mattress and mattress cover from this shop and we absolutely love it!! The staff was really knowledgeable and passionate about chemical free and organic products. I can’t count how many things I’ve bought from there!

Love my sleeptek mattress! They had nice staff and a great display and I got to test the mattress out in store. Would definitely recommend this place for organic building supplies!

Went in looking for flooring products. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I found the perfect engineered hardwood for my home. Stunning show room. So beautifully put together. Looking forward to working with them on my next home renovation project!

Repainted my room with the Colorhouse paint they sell here and it's amazing. Great coverage, gorgeous colours, no stink.The store is spacious and funky and carries a curated variety of quality products. It's fun just to stop in and look around.

Went there looking for Osmo and had no idea how it worked, and I received one if the best customer service I've ever had. They have such a great variety of products. Employee was welcoming and so helpful. Highly recommend this place!

If you can shop somewhere else I HIGHLY recommend it. Sales associates are super unhelpful and very unfriendly. Was in there at 4:01 pm and they literally turned off the lights and rudely told me to leave. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Possibly the best and most helpful customer service I have experienced.I went in today to try to find a grey stain for oak wood. It has been a disaster up until now trying to find a grey stain that does not turn blue.I was helped my Tommy and Michael and despite me having only a tiny bit of wood left to test on they were so helpful with different stains and suggestions. The service was night and day compared to other places I had tried. Michael and Tommy were beyond excellent :)I wish I had know Greenworks had existed before I started my renovation, they sell just about everything you could need for a renovation.Thanks again to the two of you.

I went to the store with the plan to buy mattress and pillows. The customer service was terrible. There were three people supposed to be working at the store. The lady who opened the door for us didn’t even looked at out faces and was 20min on her cellphone and the other two were on their computer and no one came talk to us. I asked for help and the lady on the cellphone still let me waiting for almost 10 min after she came finally talk to me. When I asked about the mattresses, she responded as she didn’t care, as we were nothing. I saw another couple who got to the store the same time as us who were also ignored. That’s a shame. Will never come back to this store.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would.Visited the store a few times this week around lunch time to find a wood finish for our laundry room renovation. Each time we visited the customer service we received was unprofessional and downright rude. They made us feel as if we were a waste of their time and could not wait to get rid of us. The experience was extremely upsetting. I'm confused because we had visited the store a year or two prior and the service we received was nothing but friendly and helpful.It's unfortunate as I really like the environmentally friendly home and construction products they carry. I was considering trying their refill service and purchasing more products for our home renovation. I won't be going back and will recommend others to stay away until the service quality has been improved.

Not a review but wanted to share this as I found it beautiful and inspirational, especially during this December 2020 during Covid. I don't know how long the mural outside of Greenworks will stay there. It is a wonderful quote by playwright Tom Stoppard with equally wonderful artwork (to whoever did that). Please check it out.
