Dr Phoebe Tsang - Pediatric Dentist

I have only very positive things to say - we had gone to 2 other paediatric dentists before seeing Dr. Tsang and our experience with her was undoubtedly the best. She has compassion, patience, understanding, and truly a kind heart. It is easy to see why she is a paediatric dentist. My son had to get some work done and the best route for us was GA even though he was quite afraid (and so was I!!!!) We tried to get this done on two other occasions and he was just too scared both times, both with other dentists. Dr. Tsang has the magic touch, the ever so kind and gentle approach, and we were able to get this work done under GA with no tears. I think she truly showed my son that there is nothing to be afraid of (all while listening to his fears) and his hesitancy/anxiety to see a dentist is gone. He has said so many times how nice she is and that he is not afraid anymore. The procedure went great, Dr. Tsang is very thorough, his recovery was also fantastic. I do trust Dr. Tsang to do what is best and if you have any hesitancy or fears around getting the necessary treatment for your child, she is the best person to do that. Take my advice, don’t wait with treatment as it can get worse. Amy is also wonderful. She is admin and has the patience of an angel. Hands down this is the best team to look after your child. I would not go anywhere else. These are truly and genuinely good people who care. Thank you for everything!!!!!! I am forever grateful.

Dr. Tsang did extraction for my 5-year-old. My boy had some tough visits at other places. I wish we had Dr. Tsang earlier. Highly recommend. Remarkable services throughout the whole process.

The dentist can be a pretty scary place, especially when there’s a lot of work needed. My child needed quite a bit of work done on his molars. Dr Tsang and her team put us both at ease and made the experience positive. My child doesn’t remember anything from the procedure and the follow up afterwards has been great. I feel like they care about us as more than just another set of teeth.

Excellent experience with Dr. Phoebe and her team. My 10 y.o. son needed extractions and he was terrified of needles, it was very hard to find a doctor who felt confident that they can help. Amy and Dr. Phoebe were very patient and nice with him and they explained and answered my many questions.The day of the procedure they were great with him. I got anxious to be honest, especially after the procedure because he was out of it and it was heartbreaking for me. However, at home he slowly got over the sedation and by evening he was perfectly fine, no discomfort despite having had 5 extractions. He couldn't remember anything bad, he was just so happy that it didn't hurt and he didn't feel the needles, and eager to go back and thank Dr. Phoebe for how smooth everything went! This soothed my heart and I felt even more gratitude to her for giving him such a positive experience!Thank you Dr. Phoebe!

For the past 15 years, the dental office I worked in referred our pediatric patients to Dr. Phoebe Tsang. As a dental hygienist, I would get the opportunity to see parents after the treatment was completed and I always heard amazing feedback on the care their child received and how comfortable they felt as a parent as well through the process.More recently, I have been referring children myself through screenings at daycares, schools and in different communities, and always have the utmost confidence to recommend Dr. Tsang. She exudes so much kindness when talking to families and always makes them feel comfortable. The time she takes to answer questions to ensure that families understand all the options is remarkable. We are so fortunate to have such a gifted, kind and calm pediatric dentist to send our children to.Dr. Tsang says herself - she couldn't do it without her team. The team is also phenomenal. Amy, who the families will spend a lot of time communicating with leading up to appointments and on the day of, is so instrumental in the operation of the clinic. She spends time with the family during the treatment and keeps them updated, so families always feel in the know. It can be a hard thing to have your child go through sedation (if they need it) and Amy will be there for your family while Dr. Tsang and the rest of her team are taking the best care of your child.I can't say enough good things about this amazing office and team!Thank you Dr. Tsang, Amy and team!

Dr. Phoebe was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that my son was comfortable and had a positive experience. She was willing to see us for a dental emergency and took wonderful care of us. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Tsang was so helpful with my son's cavities. She was wonderful with him, and really made him feel relaxed and calm about the procedure. She was also super flexible and understanding when I had to cancel an appointment. She did an excellent job with my son's teeth, and he was thrilled to get the little toy she gave him afterwards! I would recommend Dr. Tsang without hesitation, and I will definitely be going back to her.
