Consistent mixed orders, delays, food is either overcooked or uncooked. Poor management, unorganized. The kids that work there keep apologizing for delays or errors...since they moved to this new location service and food quality is terrible.

Awful they messed My order up TWICE I ordered a BLT and a bacon egg Mcmuffin. With two extra hashbrowns for both. My tea was BLACK I asked for two milk two sugar. My sisters ice coffee was beyond over creamy and her Hashbrowns were under cooked. Never again.

Quality of service has definitely gone down since moving to the new location. For my last 3 visits I've had to wait at least 15-20 minutes AFTER paying to get my food (And when I do, it's usually cold). The parking lot is poorly laid out, and there is no clear sign for the first 'pull up and wait' spot.The interior looks nice, though.

A horrible place to work. Managers are bullies. When an employee puts in a complaint about a manager, all the managers stick together and push the employee out. My teen was just recently forced to quit because of horrible management. This place does not care about their employees. Ask around town and I can guarantee there are many many former employees and current employees that absolutely hate it there. Do better McDonalds.

Place is very clean, staff is friendly and also offers digital server to take your orders. Online orders for pick up is also available. Wheelchair accessible, Uni gender washrooms, reserved parkings and curbside pick up as well so for the small town this McD has a lot to offer. Coffee was fresh and muffins were also just made, I hope that goes for everyone.

A new and modern location although we can't figure out why they decided to put in on the edge of town. Kids love McDonalds .... clean, quick service. Never had to wait long for food or service.

Honestly the worst McDonald's. Every time I've ever been here since the location change (I drive to kitchener or Brantford now instead) my orders been messed up. Wraps without chicken in them, completely wrong food, missing pieces like you name it they will pull it off at this dons. But beware and go to a different dons. It's not worth your time. The time you spend waiting for your order in the first place takes forever and then waiting for your food to be remade is ridiculous.The kid who handled the situation today was great so hats off to him but still ridiculous.

Makes you move a head to a waiting spot right after you order even with no one in line so that their times look good" to their management and it looks like they push food through fast. Even with no one in line you still waiti 10 plus minutes for food and half the time the order is wrong anyways. Also worst customer service ever."

I came through the drive-thru yesterday and today and had a very positive experience with the girl Summer at the first window both times. Both days, she was very positive, outgoing and genuine. Both times she asked me how my day was going and complimented my nails, outfit, and my makeup which made my day. She seems like someone who genuinely enjoys her job and cares for the customers which is different from other people at other Mcdonalds and fast food services I've been to. This Mcdonalds has also consistently been good at getting my semi-confusing order correct every time and the wait times for food are reasonable. I will definitely be coming here more often.
