An all-around great rec center for the family. They have a good gym, a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and let's not forget about indoor climbing.The staff is super friendly, the prices are adorable and parking is convenient.

It's completely worth the fee for the day pass! The current price of 17 dollars allows you to use the gym (three different rooms and a studio), go bouldering with your clean/dry running shoes (if you don't want to pay for rentals), and it allows you to go swimming (multiple pools, and a hot tub!).We found the gym a bit small, and the climbing area is really open to the general public to watch you climb. The swimming pool had a waiting time as well. We went on a Saturday from about 2:30-6:00pm and noticed it was less busy around 5pm.Highly recommend visiting!

A stunningly beautiful facility. I only went in for a quick swim. Locker rooms were clean, well-appointed with mirrors and plugs, vanity counters Pool has beautifully clean water and was not busy. The view out the window is amazing!!! I had a lane to myself.

Loved the aquatic center. Really clean and great set up. Lots of fun floaties to play with in the lap pool and the lazy river and water slide are fun. It would be nice if they allowed toddlers to ride on parents lap on the water slide. Disappointing that they don't allow it like other aquatic places in the bigger cities. The climbing wall is amazing but not that kid friendly. It seems you have to bring someone to belay for you. The library is awesome. Great selection of books for kids and adults.

Great facility but busy. Inside the facility is a climbing gym, art gallery, child minding centre, library, weight rooms, specialty fitness rooms and a huge area with a pool. Downside is the facility becomes basically useless when wildfire smoke is in the area. Not a bad spot to stop with a family dying an off day on vacation.

Fun place with climbing wall, pool, library, café & art gallery. There is also a little playground upstairs.It is our saving grace during the long winter months.Sadly the pool is dang cold but the hot tub has fresh brewed Tim's coffee temperature.Remeber that Tuesday is $2 pool admission.

Clean, very well maintained. Perfect for family swimming. Rock climbing all skill levels and all ages. Amazing staff very professional in all areas of the building. coffee shop in the lobby for a perfect start or end to your workout. The gym had 3 main rooms all equipment was clean nothing broken. Highly recommend it!

This place is amazing. I has a very talk climbing wall in the center of the facility and has a gallery, coffe shop and library.
