We used to live in Orillia shopped No Frills all the time so we took an afternoon and went shopping. Love the atmosphere! Very well organized and clean. I walked out with a car load of groceries and we headed home.

Normally I have no problem with this store but today the person looking after self checkout was very rude. Forcing people to go to a cashier and not letting them use self checkout. Then she had the nerve to check my receipt when I did go through a cashier, like do I look like a thief? Very disappointed in the service there today.

Produce on my visit was definitely a bit suspect, store is old, shabby, but shelves are well stocked, staff are great. .25c deposit to receive a cart here, so beware and bring a quarter!

Normally when I decide to shop at a no frills i'm under the impression that its going to be ok food at ok pricing. I expected messes on the ground, rotting food on the shelves, poor lighting, and other issues that i've clocked at other no frills. Not this place.This no frills was large and in charge. It had a wide variety of foods including a section that catered to health food options, clean floors, good produce, and cost effective food deals without the frills (as advertised).The downside for me was the customer service. I felt like they were much more interested in their workplace dramas, laughing and joking about than helping customers with their experience.Im all for fun at the workplace, but pick your moments.

I love that the shelves are stocked. I rarely go to this location. Due to the ignorance of I believe owner. While chatting to other staff which is fine. But when I ask a question related to product he continues on talking to the staff member while I stand and wait on his time. Ignorant, not professional at all. However check out is always friendly.

$5.99 but $6.77 after tax, for rotten strawberries. Most of the fresh produce is always rotten. I don't understand why they do this but just because it's a more level price grocery store doesn't mean that they get to sell rotten things all the time. Hopefully they can manage this better
