Acura of Langley

We recently purchased a TLX at Acura of Langley and the staff there was amazing. Pravin, our sales person, and the sales manager Chris, were so helpful and easy to deal with. They made the whole experience relaxing and great. When it came time to talk to the finance department, Agnes was incredible. We ended up changing things a number of times but Agnes was able to accommodate at every turn (sorry for all the extra work). On top of all this we were able to enter into a draw and won a BBQ and a tent. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Acura Langley, we love our TLX.

Drove 8 hours to get a car from another dealership. The vehicle was not as advertised but Acura of Langley stepped in and saved the day. Eddie set us up with the vehicle we had wanted, in better condition. Matched the other dealers prices and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. Will absolutely use the dealership again and Eddie for sure!

Everyone was amazing to work with. Very professional, honest dealership. I've bought a few cars from a few dealerships and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Non Pushy sales staff (Dal) and very open and honest Finance Manager (Navi). Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went to the dealership yesterday with my girlfriend not knowing what the process was like or even what car we wanted.Justin and Navi guided me through the whole process in the nicest, most friendly way and helped me find a car that we both truly love. Bought my 4th car from there 2 weeks ago, 2019 MDX used, they couldn’t even fill the gas tank. It was less than half which I did not notice until I left, drove for 180km then the service light came on for a major service. Was not aware of this before leaving either. Don’t possibly know why I would want to come back. Very disappointed in all this. Sales team was good as usual but just dropped the ball on a couple issues this time.

The best people ever! Andres went out of his way to help me to get this beautiful Acura TLX Type-S. I thought I would never own a Type-S but because of Andres, he made it happen. He was very patient with me and I would recommend anyone to see Andres for a new veichle! All the staffs are super friendly and they treat you like you are part of a family! Once again Thank you Acura Langley for everything!

We came into the dealership based on a vehicle that was advertised on Marketplace and Colin had the opportunity to speak with Andres prior to coming in. When we arrived he was a pleasure to deal. We both found him friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and honest.We did not feel pressured when we told him we had a couple other vehicles to look at with other dealerships. He said he would love to be the one who had the vehicle that we choose in the end and to keep in touch on how it goes. In the end, that MDX was the one we decided to go with and Andres made the whole experience enjoyable. Actually, everyone we had contact with at Acura Langley was great.This was a used vehicle and they treated us as if it was a brand new top of the line MDX. Acura of Langley is a amazing team that give 110% to get you into a car right from sales personnel who in my case was Oscar Flores to finance manager Agnes Wnek who found a lender as my credit wasn’t so great also sales manager was amazing.I work in customer service myself and I could tell ever other customer there was as happy as I was I went from thinking a 2010 Toyota matrix was something I might not get to having one with low mileage 150 000 under manageable financing under 400 a month for 36 months.They even went car shopping for me finding me a newer 2018 Toyota Yaris 33 000 mileage for 6 years financing with my horrible credit. But I needed something with more cargo space and I wanted short term financing. Agnes also had to trouble shoot issues with the lender that she solved amazingly well. I’m definitely looking to this dealership in the future
