Well experienced heavy equipment operators that loaded my truck with a half a yard or crusher run ever so gently

Ordered 5 yards of topsoil on Monday for Wednesday delivery. Called Wed. at 8 am asking for estimate of delivery time and was told about noon time. Called again at about 2 pm asking delivery status. Told truck was on return and I would be called when leaving for my delivery. Called at 4:11 to cancel order and request Visa be refunded ...but had to speak to an answering machine ! T.N. called at 4:25 to say truck was on its way but hung up on me before I could question receipt of my cancelling call.Truck arrived at 4:43 and dumped the order. Product quality was good but cost was $14 higher than competitor where I was about to place the order and communication was the worst I've ever encountered. I will never call Terra Nova again. I'm sure they don't care or maybe they're glad of that decision.

Terrible service.I contacted them about 5 weeks ago, once in person and then by email to get a quote for planting 50 trees.I did not receive any response, I followed up 2 times and even called to make sure they will back to me , and again after two weeks iv got no response back.Terrible service, terrible customers relation, it seems they just don’t care about smaller jobs to even reply back. So disappointed.

Went for a walk behind Terra Nova’s property and was disgusted, 100s of broken or unwanted plastic planter pots and empty dirt bags just thrown over their fence! Looked like years of environmental damage in there own backyard but I bet they really care about the health of yours…
