My experience with True North Water and Air was excellent. Both Austyn and Charlie were very kind and knowledgeable about these products. I was absolutely shocked when they tested our water only to see that’s it’s not very safe to be drinking or bathing in!! I highly recommend looking into this!!! It’s definitely a weight of your shoulders knowing that your family is consuming clean drinking water!!! Also the free air revitalizer is so soothing and is removing all toxins from the air!!

If you’re in Thunder Bay area and think your water is the highest quality, think again! Have Troy come out and test your water and give you a demonstration. The results are shocking to be honest. He is polite, smooth and easy going. There was no pressure in buying and having him come into our home and test our water for free was very educational. We didn’t end up buying today but it is in our future!

Caleb was a really nice gentleman and he was really interesting and didn't push and sales on me. Im proud to say in a true north member now because I purchased air system and i love it. I'm on a oxygen tank it'd really beneficial for someone like me I recommend it. Nick the manager is a really nice young man as well thanks nick.

Austin is very knowledge in the product he is promoting. Very friendly as well. I would recommend him and True North Water and Air for a multiple of reasons including water purification, hair loss, anxiety, there are so many benefits to it. Austyn and Ty came by and tested my water. I was surprised what was in it and they introduced UV system for our central air and what its in our air. They are really nice and funny. I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Jenelle was very helpful and informative and gave us a very eye opening demonstration about our water and how dirty it was. Definitely worth having a demonstration even if you don't buy the product.

Jenelle did an amazing evaluation on my homes hard well water and the presentation was eye opening , I purchased the whole home system and am excited to start seeing the benefits for myself.
