Sales rep at the store with an attitude. Didnt expect this from a big company like Roger. The sale rep guy refused to provide the paper work of the new contract or let me take a photo of the plan that was setup. When we went home to setup the roger online we had no info at at. No account #, cant even check what was done. Seriously Roger need to properly setup their store with a printer or re-train them. Also found out the account was setup incorrectly as a business account instead of a personal account. There is seriously something wrong with this store in aberdeen mall in Richmond, BC.

Luke at the Aberdeen Rogers is very professional, personable, and gave us the best advice we could ask for. We probably had a million questions and he had a million-and-one answers lol. keep it up Luke!

Awful customer service. I was sent here by Rogers and told they'd be able to help with my repair request and also provide me with a loaner phone. The person working there refused to help, or call into customer service. They had no idea why I was there and didn't care to call anyone to help.

I was pleased by the experience here. They did not try to do anything shady, very polite and pleasant. Probably one of the better locations in the lower mainland.

A+ Customer service from the manager Joe at this rogers outlet. Was in the market for a new phone plan, and received outstanding above and beyond service here. Will definitely be coming back next time.

Sales rep made several false statements. Also made some false claims about other mobile communications companies with intention to sell Rogers services. I prefer to make my own informed decision based on truthful information and not on false claims. Who agrees with me?
