One of the worst client service that I ever got. This business doesn't care about small business owners. Everytime I call I get transfered at least 3 times to get to the right person. Once I talked with that person, they are barely knowledgeable of their domain, and most of the time can't help me out. I obviously ask them to refer me to someone that can help me with that problem, and then I wait at least a week to get a call back.As for email responses, don't expect an answer other than the automatic response.

Have been a customer for many years. Using the service with 2 customer profiles, over 40 employees. The service is atrocious. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone to get transferred 7 times, so I can add another location to one of our companies. When I attempted to do this last week, it got no result. So far I have wasted well over an hour on the phone. Oh ... and LOL at trying to get service through email. It didn't used to be this bad... this is an all time low.

Absolutely terrible.- Reporting straight out of 1997- all of customer service essentially outsourced - no issue if you don't have complex questions- Customer service is hit or miss; sometimes its 8/10, other times its 0/10- I've never waited less than 40 min on the phone- Self serve, portals, report downloads - maybe next decade.- Terrible experience each time; they bank on the fact that you need them. They keep it difficult so that it is actually more inconvenient for you to switch.I have no idea how this business doesn't lose more customers than it does. If you're a small business, just don't even try.Wish I could give 0 stars :)

I have had the worst experience with ADP. Their system constantly has errors, the employees make errors on their end, and their on-boarding staff in hard to understand and unclear. I truly have nothing positive to share about ADP apart from the agents being nice. The reporting system is also archaic and barely functional. I cannot wait find a better option for this service.

They sold us on a solution which they can’t support. Automatic Case closures for their statistic without solving issues. 2 to 3 weeks email response time. Zero point of contact. Terrible integration support. We just wasted over 3 months of time and energy. Smoke and mirrors. Very disappointing.

ADP Canada totally unprofessional. They erroneously send the funds to my bank account for payroll from my previous employer. When my previously employer send me email of this error marking ADP in cc to the email I confirmed that I have no issues to send that funds back. However, I was not able to logistically transfer the funds as ex employer don't have email transfer and my bank could not transfer funds to there bank online. I took time to figure out the best way to fix appointment with bank and do it and also meanwhile offered to pay via cash. ADP sends me email of notice that they will send the file to collections and have my credit affected. WHAT???!!! YOU MAKE ERROR and I am here to help and this is the way they treat? Such big company and can't make stop gap arrangement for there customers.Totally unprofessional and unethical ADP!! Take onus of your mistake Ms.Zeina Dimassi Manager, Client Services, Human Resources Outsourcing and Rima Bhattacharya Payroll Specialist COS SBS. If I would had time I would have definitely gone to small business court for the mentally disturbing email they sent for accusing me of legal obligation.First learn to do your job right and have proper checks before processing funds to the bank before accusing the innocent and dictating terms for correcting your errors!Negative stars forever to ADP

Great people, great system, easy to use, super polite and helpful, they know what they are doing and another company, Payment Evolution, put us in some serious trouble with our employees and ADP managed to fix the issue so they may not get their payment on time, but they are getting their payment for the missing weeks this Friday.Professionalism at its best and right now they have a pretty awesome promotion!

ABSOLUTE WORST PAYROLL PROVIDER IN THE WORLD. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I've been working in payroll for about 20 years and ADP used to be decent compared to other systems I've worked on. These days they are just one of the worst and they act like they're God, like they're the only ones providing this service. They know it's a big investment to implement with a better HCM system so they just treat all their clients like expendable laughingstocks. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. This is supposed to be a professional payroll service, however, their front line agents rely so heavily on their systems they can't seem to do basic math. Good luck escalating any issues, of which there will be many. So far I have not had a single change that was done correctly and didn't require several phone calls and hours on the phone with their representatives. We engaged their services in order to simplify our business. The exact opposite happened, it would be much simpler to go back to using excel spreadsheets than dealing with this company.Extremely IRATE customer.
