Not quite sure why they wouldn't take a return on an item that they stock regularly, just because it was from a different store. The return policy on Rona website seems a little bit different from the one that they have in the store.

I went to this store with a list of materials I needed for a garage reno project. All the staff involved were very friendly and helpful and the order was delivered to my house the same day. I will happily go there again for the next project.UPDATE: I have since visited this store several times for reno materials, each time I was impressed by the level of service I received. My wife and I chose this place to supply all the cabinetry and countertops for our new kitchen, the price, delivery time and customer service were all great.

We recently just got some property in Cranbrook so have been hitting the home stores a lotWe have tried Home Depot which I usually like to go to but in Cranbrook I have to say the Rona is the place for meTheir staff is knowledgeable and super friendly, from Don in the store who was a great help today with my questions about what I needed for metal roofing to Caz and the guys in the lumber yardThanks for awesome customer service guysWe will be back

Smaller locally run store.They can't carry a huge inventory. If they don't have what you need. They will custom order what you need and it will be on the next truck.As a tradesman building materials are always hit and miss for all stores during covid.Prices for everything have been fluctuating because of it.The staff are knowledgeable friendly and will always go out of there way for you.For any project I do I go to them first.

The Cranbrook Rona makes up their own prices for wood products. Charging almost $10 for a 10 foot 2 x 4 is ridiculous this is not pressure treated wood. This wood supply store rips people off better off to go to home hardware if you are shopping Cranbrook BC!

I went here looking for a ceiling fan and they had 2! The rest of the store was pretty much empty as well. Could barely find a wood screw. I would go elsewhere.

Advertised in the internet diamond slabs for $9,69 and charging $13,99 because they say it is not their brand. That is 44% more . It is a rip off. Go to Home Depot or Home Hardware.
