Team Grout

Team Grout was professional from the very beginning. They returned my call, showed up on time to provide a quote & arrived as promised to do the work (they even texted ahead to let me know they were on the way). They restored 3 showers, my kitchen backsplash and my kitchen countertop back to new. Their prices are reasonable; their workmanship is topnotch and their staff are both knowledgable and friendly. I recommend them without reservation.

My Bathroom shower looks great! Alexia explained what she was going to do in restoring the shower and after it was all complete it looked great!!! My shower looks brand new, with the new grout, caulking, polishing and sealing marble tile on floor…Great job Alexia! Alexia was also professional and very friendly. I saw an ad on FB and emailed them. They responded within 24 hrs and came the next day to give us a quote. They were very professional. The company emailed me to remind me of the date and time they would be arriving. They emailed me the day of to let me know they were on their way too. The team of Gabe, Eduardo and Blanca came on time and ready to go. They were professional and tidy and did an outstanding job. We did a full restoration of the shower in main bedroom and it looks like new. The team re grouted the tiles on first floor and they too look like new. The team helped move furniture etc. out of the way and put what they could back while everything dried. I was very impressed. I would absolutely recommend them.

I sent a specific request with pictures and they sold me a service that apparently didn’t cover half of it. They sent someone to do the work who promised to do a few other things as a way to apologize and left without doing them. She also mentioned this happens a lot where the person selling the service does mistakes like this. When I called to clarify and work it out with them, the guy hung up on me. Will not use this service again. Was really looking forward to it based on the reviews.
