I stopped by to grab a few parts for a home renovation. Not only did they have limited stock of seemingly everything, they also require a minimum purchase. What's the deal with this? If you don't want to take my money, then I'm happy to take my business elsewhere. +2 stars because the sales rep was at least somewhat personable.

Even as a new customer I was made to feel welcome. Staff was gracious and the manager got involved in finding a product that was out of stock. The kind of supplier you want to do business with. Thanks!

I am a heating gas contractorI went into this store today ,to grab product for my electrician.I will never visit this store again .The rudest and crappiest attitude I have ever had at a distributor hands down.Remember, you are an employee and If you dont like your job quit and move on so someone else can provide a better service .

Unless you are a contractor you get treated like you're an annoyance. Of the handful of times I've been to this place I have never once had a good experience with the customer service. Unfortunately I don't know where else to go for certain electrical parts. Would never recommend them

This is for contractors with accounts only. If you go in without an account they turn you away or make you wait at the back of the line until there no customers without accounts.
