Our server was a gentleman named Skyler. It's not the first time he has served my small family, and I'm sure it won't be the last. He's always friendly and excellent with school aged children. He always tries to crack a smile, while bringing all his tables the best service. I was pleased to finally be introduced as i wanted to thank him personally for making our nights out even more special. Thanks Skyler.

I ordered a tropical chicken pizza for delivery upon delivery all the toppings were mushed up to one side it was so bad I had to call in, they tried to make it right and give me another pizza, no word of a lie the second pizza they brought to me was worse. It’s so embarrassing.

The food at this particular BP’s is always consistent, and quick! Best gluten free crust in all the land. A special shout out to our server today, Bekki. She was so friendly and patient with our menu questions. Haven’t had that kind of service with a smile on a very long time. 10/10 experience!

Was passing through Lloyd on our way to Edmonton and decided to stop for a beer and appys. Our server Robyn was friendly, efficient, personable and checked on us the perfect amount of times, she was lovely. The food came out quick and the wings were juicy and fresh.

They were very accommodating for a large school team. Tamara was very helpful in getting our preorder ready. Skylar was very efficient and kind with his service. The food was great. Our bus driver was even offered a complimentary meal. Above and beyond expectations!

The servers and hostes like to stand at the front and talk. Brought out food but no cutlery or napkins then continued talking at the front. Manger comes out once in awhile so you better get their attention when she does or you won't get any service.

I tried the Pasta Tuesday special - Jambalaya Fettuccine (with Fettuccine and with Penne) and Wings Wednesday - Salt and Pepper, Memphis, and Honey Garlic from this Boston Pizza. The quality of service and food were good - the Jambalaya Fettuccine and all the wing flavours, especially the Memphis, are worth trying.

I took my mother here for her 40th birthday, and we had a terrible experience. We paid $50 for a plate of wings and cactus fries, and $9 for a single beer. The portions were not at all what we thought we'd be getting for the price. We sat on the patio for half an hour with absolutely no service until we flagged a server down to give us our cheque. The food was extremely expensive and in very small portions, and I can honestly say I have never in my life received as awful of service as I did tonight. We are extremely disappointed, and will never return.

I have been going to this place for a long time, I like it, good food on average. My issue is with the Nachos. Not sure if it is because we got the near 9pm and they close at 10, but they don't serve Nachos with ground beef and taco seasoning. Instead it tastes and looks like cut up hamburger meat. It just doesn't work. Will continue to eat there, but DON'T order Nachos.
