I did not appreciate the communication style!! It’s slow when it comes to reply your email and it’s hard to get the hold of your case lawyer!! Sometimes it feel like it’s a scam because they just ignore all your calls!! Actually I don’t think they cares about your case!! I would not recommend this firm to other people!!Besides the communication issues I had with them!! They even applied the wrong O-1 visa for me!! I’m an athlete in the outdoor industry and hoping come to America for training and compete internationally!! I stated my situation to my team and they applied the O-1B visa which is under Art category and not sports!! I also applied the premium processing application and the immigration return to me due to the incompletion of the form!! Later on Immigration write me a letter and asking for further evidence of why my application wasn’t under the sports category to be gain with!! Then guess what?? The firm is asking for additional 2500 dollars for it!! This literally made me furious!! I already paid 8k dollars plus few months of my time without be able to work and compete internationally!! Because when you leave the application is going wasted!! I completely lost the confidence in the performance of this firm!!

I had a very bad experience just today - july 10 2023- over the phone call. I called them for immigration advice and the person over the phone call was extremely rude. I do not care if you are frustrated with your job role but there is a proper way to decline. The guy told me to go and call other immigration service if I do not want to start an application. This is the way they give a response to your queries. He could have simply refused by explaining in a better way. One thing i do not get is that how is a person supposed to even apply if u do not want to have a consultation session with them. I was not asking for a free session! Nothing is free in this world!

Nadia and company worked with us for quite a long time to sort out a complicated Canadian Permanent Resident Status situation. All done and let me say... they are TERRIFIC to work with. Communication. Consideration. Efficiency. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Absolutely horrible experience, terrible customer service and painfully slow. They quickly take your money and do not do any work. When they did work, it was often incorrect, had grammatical errors on very important documents and their representative hung up on me. Dealing with this company was an absolute fight to get what we paid for. The positive reviews must be fake because that is not how this company is run. It's a joke. You pay so much money just to get the run around with your future in their incapable hands. I feel sorry for anyone who deals with this company. Go ANYWHERE else, I wish we did.

They provided me with very good insights on how to go about and answered my questions in a timely manner. They reviewed all of the paperwork multiple times before finalizing the documents.I happy to say that my mom got her visa approval after submission within a week. All of the folks associated in this process were pleasant to work with and I enjoyed my interactions with them. Worst experince ever dealing with this company. Many mistakes done in basic documents such as stating that my wife is my mother... had to correct them multiple times. We have been waiting for an answer from our new lawyer (first one resigned) for the last 6 weeks. After multiple requests, phone calls for a meeting, complaints to the upper management we still don't have a single answer. We get the generic email that the lawyer has been informed and will get back to us. Well 6 weeks on, still nothing. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
