You cant please all the people all the time but Raincentre tries and I give them credit for that.When i call in they are always friendly, courteous and efficient. If theres an issue or an unsatisfactory feeling Dan doesn’t shy away. He deals with any problems until you’re 100% happy with the result. Thats all anybody can ask for.If your looking for a genuine & honest company, and want to support a company who gives opportunities to our young generation, then look no further.

I have use this company for the past years.Unfortunately on my last service they decided to raise the rates without giving a notice or a courtesy call to inform us with the rates changing.When I called them to ask them if the rates have changed, The woman had no answer for me but passed me onto the phone to another gentleman.I let him know that I wasn’t aware of the rate change and it would be proper courtesy to let clients know that rates have been raised for opening and closing the sprinklers.I told him that I’ve been using the company for years and that I am disappointed in the fact that we were never given a notice it is common courtesy and good customer service.She basically told me too bad.Lost my business and I’m sure many others with this act.

i have been using them for over 10 years.always great service and they get to the problem fast.
