Two days ago I purchased Levi's Jean's at this location to later at the hotel notice that the security tag was on so I went back into the store & asked the lady that had assisted me with the purchase for help instead of being helpful she said she didn't remember & assumptions were made the jeans were stolen but nice of one of the ladies present to remove the tag & mention she would take the hit from Loss PreventionI pulled my bank statement & provided official proof of purchase but it was a bad experience I feel had to do with my skin color

Is the only store in town that had my size. 3xl. Even 2xl is so hard to find in town. They are pretty helpful too, especially if you're pressed for time.

Found some cool new Merrel sandals the other day along with few new t's for our hot summer days. The staff were very helpful in helping me find my size in the colour and style I wanted.

I purchased a pair of Hi Tec hiking boots in Campbell River. After 15-16 days of use on my job here in Powell River two of the eyelets detached from the one boot.I took the boots to the store in P.R. with the receipt and was given a new pair of Hi TecsHey that doesn't happen anymore!! Great Store, excellent staff, really honest and helpful people

This review is long overdue. I came into this store several months ago... maybe even about a year ago now. My uncle was going away on a trip with my aunt, and I took him in to the store to get some nice clothes for the getaway. The team at this store went above and beyond helping him with clothing options and sizing. He felt confident and had a lot of fun. Thank you so much again. Everyone at this store deserves a raise.
