Currently in Japan right now but wanted to review this place while taking the JR to Nara. I purchased an exchange order here approx a month before we left to Japan. We redeemed the exchange order at Haneda airport. The price is comparable to other travel agencies. Bonus points for throwing in two free instant yakisoba noodles with my purchase! I would definitely come again.

I booked Niagara Airbus through IACE travel. Customer service on the phone and email is very nice. The first bus from Pearson airport to Niagara was okay but the return bus from Niagara to Toronto did not even come to the hotel to pick us up. They went to wrong hotel then the bus just left us in Niagara. IACE apparently refunded for the return bus.

Brought JR pass from IACE travel office in downtown Toronto. Staff is friendly and the purchase process is smooth. Better than mail order of JR pass.

Went there to buy a JR pass which would allow me to travel to a lot of places in Japan by shinkansen. The lady that helped with my purchase was very polite and helpful. She processed my application quickly and also provided some very useful information about how to go about using my JR Pass. I highly recommend this place.

Great and quick service! Went to buy a JR Rail Pass and was done in less than 15 minutes. A bit hard to find, but its on the fourth floor (407) of the building.

Momoko was really polite and helpful. She helped process my JR rail pass. She noted the terms and conditions and where to redeem. Even her manager was super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this business and will come back. Also it wasn’t difficult finding the place.
