I was purchasing equipment prior a knee replacement surgery. Amin was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. While the product was not easy for a customer to find, Amin knew his inventory and provided everything I needed with ease and a smile.

My sister and I visited CALMEDI last week in an effort to find a solution for a very unique issue that we were experiencing with our father who is ailing in the hospital. The team at CALMEDI took the time to listen and then provide a number of solutions for us to consider. We had already gone to a few other medical supply stores for a solution for our problem but we honestly got brushed off- no one wanted to help us. CALMEDI stepped up- took the time to listen, and when it game time for us to pay- they even offered a fair price for the item we needed. The item has ended up working exactly like we needed it for our unique issue and we are thankful to have considered CALMEDI Home Care for our needs. Oh, and they were pretty friendly too, which was especially nice given what we are currently going through with our beloved Dad who is very ill at this time. Thank you

The absolute best service around! My wife was in need of a power chair and Amin has got us all setup with a rental so she can see what she likes before buying a new model. CALMEDI is the place to visit if you need any medical supplies or hardware. The personal service and care that goes into every customer is amazing!

should be zero stars. called on phone regarding air mattress in stock as I need it right away, asked me to the check item online and the price was lower then the one they quote on phone. then they asked me go on in and they will honor the price online. After checking everything out and confirm the purchase, they changed their mind and said the price is wrong! from $2295 to $3000! I was going to spend another $3600 for a hospital bed as well. take your money else where, because they can just change the price to whatever they want and wont sell it to you. they also blame me that i am taking advantage of them! they are the one that recommended me the item. stay far far away

Called the day before if they had a specific heating pad, gentleman said we sure do. Went the next day and bought it. Great service, good pricing. Friendly people. Lots of products.

From this one interaction, I just know Calmedi is one of Calgary's best trusted, honest, and professional businesses. Would highly recommend. When our 101 year old Dad (yes 101) moved in with us I called several medical supply businesses but Calmedi was the most helpful and had everything we needed in stock. They helped us get what he needed without trying to up sell or selling stuff we didn't need. They have an honest and extremally helpful staff. My Dad had a fall recently and injured his knee and he thought he may not be able to walk again after being bedridden for over a week but Calmedi help us find him a knee brace and he was able to walk again today! They are the best!
