Condo Kandy Outdoor Balcony Flooring

I got flooring installed on my balcony, and the consultation, quotes and installation were seamless and easy. I am so happy with the results!! Everyone was patient and kind to explain everything to me, and the results were as expected. I always recommend them to everyone I know!

Doug of Condo Kandy looked at my bleak, high, north facing balcony and made some suggestions. I liked them. Ten days later Sascha arrived with the materials and started the installation.I cannot say enough positive things about the company or Sascha. The installer was meticulous.I highly recommend Condo Kandy.

We recently had our new Condo Kandy outdoor flooring installed in our indoor/outdoor solarium, and are loving it! It has completed changed the character of the room, and brings a warmth to the space. I would like to share my experiences with this company, considering all the difficulties we've been facing considering Covid restrictions. My apologies in advance as this will be lengthy. I reached out to Condo Kandy via email and received a call from Kevin to arrange an estimate, within 24 hours Kevin was at our door! His experience and knowledge was displayed through his very personable character; answering every inquiry we had without creating the illusion of false promises. Within 30 minutes he drafted a quotation and displayed what our choices would look like... Amazing! Once we decided and confirmed Doug reached out via telephone to book our install; which was booked within the week, with phone, email and calender confirmations which we greatly appreciated. On the day of install I received a call from the installers Brett and Gary, whom showed up at the exact time they said.... Yes! No delays sitting around waiting waiting so bonus points there. What can I say about Brett and Gary; the most awesome father son combination! They were extremely personable and polite and made us feel at home, seriously they felt like family; they discussed in detail the different options with regard to our design choice, layout and care then BOOM! Full install and clean up on 300+ sqft of balcony space within a 3 hour window... We can't get over our experience with both Brett and Gary, Doug, Kevin and condo Kandy as a whole! Thank you so very much guys and to everyone out there who's reading this, they are definitely worth your time.As always I try to be as thorough in my reviews and yes there were issues in our experience that could have made things much easier, specifically the payment options offered; at no fault of Condo Kandy, they're not the most efficient for example - my deposit was paid via e-transfer which was blocked by our bank, very unusual in my experience but I was told it happens a lot specifically to Condo Kandy. After installation we decided to pay balance using CC, which again posed an issue as the payment gateway provided was not an updated link which caused delays... But to cushion that drawn out stress, Sarah, their Brand Support Manager, actively communicated with me in real time to ensure everything was sorted out with ease....To conclude, they have lived up too and surpassed any expectations I had.... Thank you!!!!

Our KANDY outdoor floors have given our balcony space the finish and polish it needed to become the best spring/summer/fall room in our condo. The product is by far the best-looking and most durable that we researched. Install was mess-free, quick and professional. The best part is how finished the balcony space looks from inside! We only wish we'd contacted Doug sooner.

4 years ago I had my decks done, but used a much lesser quality of decking than Condo Kandy offers. I spoke with Johnny the owner of CONDO KANDY in regards to redoing my decks. I must say Johnny’s business ethics are to be commended.After we agreed on dates for removal and installation, Rick arrived on time, worked nonstop until both front and back decks were finished.(less then a day) Rick did an excellent job, everything lined up, the cuts were perfect and not a speck of dust left behind. Very professional. I would recommend Condo Kandy to anyone and everyone looking to improve, upgrade or just make your living space more enjoyable! Thank you Condo Kandy crew!!!

I love my new Condy Kandy balcony flooring! It is attractive, low maintenance and easy to clean whereas the original puckered concrete was not. The colour is very similar to my hardwood interior and creates a seamless and visually appealing indoor/outdoor effect. Condo Kandy did a great job on our balcony. Kevin was great during the initial consultation and helped us understand the product and options. The installer did a fantastic job. All cuts were done to perfection. We previously had wooden Ikea tiles so this is a massive upgrade. We are looking forward to enjoying our space and the low maintenance aspect of this great product.

I am extremely happy with KANDY outdoor Flooring. I spoke to Doug on the phone and explained what I was looking for. Doug came to my condo with samples and places them out on my terrace, this helped me decide on the colour. I went with Mountain Mist and Joe came to install the flooring. He was clean and professional and didn't make a mess. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING and I love how my terrace looks!
