I absolutely recommend this company. Not only do we LOVE our awning (it’s beautiful), but their customer service far exceeds that of any company I have purchased anything from. Brenda kept in constant communication with me, even after hours and on weekends, just to ensure that my order was placed as soon as possible and that everyone ran smoothly. I never had to ask or wonder about anything at all, which is almost unheard of nowadays. The installation went beautifully and the guys that came were so kind and professional. I had a question about the installation and someone was literally there the same day. I don’t give google reviews often, but this company deserves all the praise. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had from a company. You can tell this company really cares about every inquiry, every order, and every interaction. I inquired about a discounted, ready-made awning that worked for our space, and received a pleasant response very quickly. I then placed my order, received a thank-you call the next morning which really set the tone for the whole experience. There was a small mix-up with the original awning I ordered, but it was handled swiftly and the team went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and wanted. Communication at every step, from first contact through delivery, was clear and informative, and so appreciated. Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!
