Amazing service !! Called first and was greeted by Courtice who answered all my questions . Went to the store the next day to pick a BBQ . Courtice was extremely polite and knowledgeable in helping me make my final decision. What I love: BBQ was delivered, ASSEMBELED and hooked up. Old BBQ was taken away . Have you ever tried to put a BBQ together ?? Just go to Sobie's !!

This is a family run business by Fabian and his four sons and his wife and the service is top notch. Easy to get to , lots of parking , lots of selection and great quality products. They sell but they also service products as well. I would recommend Sobies to everyone!!!

These guys have been absolutely great for all our needs. They have serviced our older bbq a few times and offer great tips. Their Butt Rub is excellent on pretty much everything. Today we called for some Butt Rub and charcoal, expecting we would pick it up there curbside but they are delivering tomorrow. Excellent customer service, as always. Thanks very much guys.

I purchased a Napoleon Prestige here after visiting 2 other specialty shops. The prices were similar at all 3 shops but I chose to buy from Sobie's because only here did the staff take the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and went out of their way to advise me. They assembled and delivered the BBQ on time. I'm very happy with the service thus far. Great experience and highly recommend them!

We have been using Sobies Appliance repair for over 30 years. First my parents and now myself. This time it was an old Jenn air cook top. Parts weren’t available from the manufacturer and Sobies were able to source them. Awesome to deal with very responsive. Can’t say enough about the quality of service. It has been consistent with each new owner. Well done Sobies!

Unbelievable over priced store. After buying BBQ, we found the same brand and size $200 cheaper at Dickson BBQ and Costco. They told us they are the exclusive BBQ sales store for weber. But they lied. Also they sold as fake warranty. Don't buy any warranty.

The knowledgeable and friendly staff made the purchase of a barbeque a good experience. They answered my questions and did not try to upsell from the unit I was interested in. I was pleasantly surprised that they included assembly and since I lived close to the store they also included the delivery. The delivery was also a good experience as they were on time, called me before they came and made sure the unit worked and I understood how to use it before they left.

Sobies has been our go to BBQ store for everything we need. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to staff. They perform most repairs and cleaning on BBQs. Delivery is easy and efficient. Prices are competitive. Much better than a big box store.
