Would NOT recommend.Clark Fowler was our lawyer - maybe the other teams are better, but Clark and his squad were disappointing.I bought a condo Jan 2016. When I went in to pay all my fees and deposit, Clark was 45 minutes late and absolutely stank of alcohol from a lunch with 'an old buddy'. This was truly ridiculous - he was the one who had set the time for our meeting, and myself and the two others purchasing the property all had to leave work on a moments notice to end up sitting in his lobby with a very sassy receptionist who refused to call him to see what was going on.It's now May 2016, and I still haven't received the balance owing to me from my initial deposit (because they usually charge you more than what's actually needed).Really disappointed that I went with them. I will never use them again for future purchases or any of the will services they were also offering.

Sugimoto was a closing lawyers for Shane (read my review for Shane also) in our purchase back in June 2017. They didn't adjust property taxes, how it is possible I have no clue, seems they even didn't check transfer docs properly. Mistakes are happened, however when I called to Clark Fowler, that guy in rude manner told me to get off! This is highly not even unprofessional, but....Well, now a complain will go to AB bar in regards of this mistake and behavior and will sue it for the negligence. Good lawyer is not that person who comes everyday to the office, but a person who knows how to work properly! Never use this company, their service is sucks!

Good Overall experience. Went there to sign the documents for my property. They explained everything in detail forehand before I signed any document. Oralee is very detailed oriented and stright forward.

Amazing law firm. Quite efficiently handled the purchase and sale of my house. Clark Fowler is wonderful to deal with and knows what he's doing and how to handle client interaction.

Ora-Lee and her assistant Dana were outstanding. Their client care is unmatched. We are very appreciative of their service to our family. If we could give a 6/5 stars we would have. Thank you Ora-Lee and company!

The sale of our house was handled by Joel. Very unprofessional, did not return calls, left us to deal with problems their office caused. We did not feel valued at all.

Do not go for this company especially when you buying home.We choose them as a common lawyer of our and our builder as we running out of time. Taimur was the name of the lawyer who did our paperwork, and it's was worst and regretful experience throughout the journey of buying the house. You can imagine by this review, i am putting this review now after 5 months when i bought the my house. You can imagine the trauma i have been through that after 5 months i still haven't forgot and took the effort to put this long review as it helps me to vent out and also help other people so they don't have to go through this as i did.Buying a house is a big investment and you put more than you had and a dream. You want a lawyer who can help you to understand all the things which builder put in contract so you get awareness and change things which doesn't seems right. This whole thing can take hours because of the minors details in contract, and they made me finish everything in 20 mins which also includes the waiting time of my lawyer. He also THREATENED ME that if i don't hurry up he can also close the deal and i will loose my 5% deposit.

Rushed us and did not clearly share insight when I asked questions about my closing. Bad experience and would not recommend them. I see many other complains about Mr. Fowler, so pretty sure that is how he usually treats clients.

2021: we’ve used Mr. Clark and his team again this year for 2 complicated transactions and again they were amazing and everything went so smooth. We highly recommend!We had the pleasure to deal with Mr. Clark and his assistant Nicole and they were absolutely amazing! Very professional and reliable with a fair price. Don't look any further!

First time condo-buyer. Joel, Clark and Dana were very responsive, reliable and made the closing process as simple as possible. I spoke to 4-5 firms before going with them, and not only were they super competitive in price, but the quality of service is also there. Would definitely recommend, and will use them again next time I buy a unit!
