During my recent visit to the Sport Chek at Woodbine location, I was blown away by the exceptional level of service and genuine attitude of the staff. As soon as I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by all the employees, and their friendly demeanor made me feel like I was entering a high-end hotel. Their smiles and happy faces in the morning really brightened up my day.I was impressed by the extensive array of products available at this store, catering to all types of sports such as cycling, running, swimming and more. Their shoes, clothing, and accessories were of good quality and reasonably priced. Additionally, the store had well-organized sections, which made it easy for me to find the exact product I was looking for.What impressed me the most during my visit to the store was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, specifically Calvin." He went the extra mile by providing expert advice to help me find the products most suitable for my needs. He went above and beyond by actively searching for the size I needed and assisting me in finding the perfect fit

Stopped in yesterday to buy 1 pair of shoes and ended up purchasing two.Sales associate JJ was tremendously helpfully went above and beyond.I will definitely return to try on those shoes he recommended again and probably purchase.Keep up the good wk sir.

Purchased Golf clubs online - they had nothing in store on display but i guess they keep the good ones in the back?lol. Purchased Callaway Clubs online and with a special promo code received a hefty discount, picked up at the Markham location. Very happy with the ease of the transaction.

I visited Sport Chek to get my skate blade sharpened and Dilan helped with that. The sharpening section was very busy and he told me that it’d take an hour. I told him that it was cold and my family is waiting in the car, he was kind enough to understand me.He was able to sharpen the blade within 10 minutes, it’s people like him that make other people happy. I would always come to buy sports goods from this place.

Had a wonderful experience here. Jett Miyazaki was extremely knowledgeable about the limited amount of casual shoes at the store. Although I did not purchase anything, he nearly persuaded me to buy a shoe I didn’t even want to buy! I will not be back to store, however Jett was awesome and deserves to be promoted!

Most of the staff here are helpful. Recently, went for a wax for my skis and despite things that were a little unexpected, was super grateful for the manager’s (Alfred) assistance. He definitely demonstrates excellent customer service and truly understands the customer experience. He deserves a 10 star!!

First visit to this Sport Chek location and it went very smooth. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Good to see that they have a repair/ service shop here. Very good sporting store.

Came here on March 19 around 5pm. Workers hungout by employee room while talking as customers needed help in front of them. Eventually they stopped talking about anime and helped but employee never came back to see if shoes needed to be resized or put back in inventory. They ended up staying in the employee room and never came back so I had to give shoes back to the cashier rather than a worker on the floor, never had that happen before in a shoe shop...

I usually get this high level of cutomer service at Atmosphere stores not Sportchek but Miti was very knowledgeable and assisted us professionally in buying running shoes. I highly recommend to go to this location and consult with her for buying sneakers.
