Four and a half hours waiting to get nothing done. I scheduled my service appointment with two weeks in advance. I needed the service to be made, 4 new tires to be installed and the brakes to be checked (as they had not been properly placed last time I was there). I had called ahead of time to make sure they had the right type of tires ready. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early. Wait for four hours and a half, no phone calls, no messages, nothing. When I come in to check on my car they say they couldn’t do the tires and that they need one more hour and a half to put the tires on. I tell them I can’t stay for that much longer so I decide to take my car. After they hand me the keys I ask what was done to my car and they say NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING was done to my car for four hours and a half. It is a disregard to their clients’ time. They couldn’t give me a valuable reason for my car to had been there for so long and to get absolute nothing done. Please save your time and go anywhere but here.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the installation of windshield wipers on my vehicle at this establishment. I feel compelled to bring this matter to everyones attention and share my experience, as I believe it reflects a significant lapse in the quality of service provided by this company.On Jan 20th, 2023, I visited this service centre to have new windshield wipers installed on my vehicle. Two months after the installation on March 31st, 2023, I noticed that the wipers were not functioning properly after I had raised them to scrape snow off the windshield. They were making a funny noise and when I inspected further I noticed one had become loose and came off easily as I was attempting to fix it. In this process the wiper arm snapped back into place and cracked the windshield glass.After ensuring that the windshield blades were faulty by the service technician the replaced the windshield glass, I promptly returned to ensign pacific to address the issue and request a resolution. Regrettably, the customer service I encountered with Will Reyes during my visit was equally disappointing. The entire staff seemed disinterested and did not take my concerns seriously. Despite my insistence that I be reimbursed for the broken windshield, my request was met with apathy and a dismissive attitude.I was astounded by the lack of attention to detail and the substandard workmanship exhibited by your technicians. It is unacceptable that such a basic task was not carried out correctly, considering that it is a routine service provided by your company.As a result of this poor service, I had to endure additional expenses to rectify the mistake made by your technicians. This incident has not only caused me frustration but also eroded my trust in your company's ability to provide reliable and satisfactory service.I firmly believe that it is essential for businesses to be aware of the impact their actions have on their customers and the reputation they hold in the community. Furthermore, I urge you to conduct a thorough review of your training procedures, quality control measures, and customer service protocols to ensure that such lapses do not occur in the future. Customers should be able to rely on your company for professional and reliable service, and it is crucial to uphold these standards consistently.

I've been getting my Jeep serviced here for 5 years. Manraj is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Prompt in responding to inquiries, and the quality of technical work is awesome. In the past, I was told I would have to replace brakes and discs for some slight wobble in braking. These guys came up with a solution to rotor the discs slightly and saved me a ton of money, and they're still doing fine with no replacement needed 3-4 years later. Get your vehicle serviced here!

I purchased my vehicle from Ensign Pacific a few years ago and the entire experience was so great. The sales team helped search until we found a car that I really wanted. Now I have my car serviced regularly at their service department and the customer service is 10/10. Their team thoroughly explains any issues your car may be experiencing and what needs to happen in order to fix it. I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands as I know it is in good care. Alan and Frank were super helpful - arrange a deal within couple of hours. Manraj, tech guy, also was friendly and helped solved minor issue with the car fast. Would recommend those guys as my experience was more than pleasant.

Short end of the stick.In this period of high sales, I’m amazed that the used vehicle I purchased left the lot in the condition it was in.It was repaired using the policy I paid for, which doesn’t seem right, requiring me to pay the deductible.I’m still waiting for reimbursement for a rental that I had to pay for up front.Shame on you Ensign. Your bottom line was always more important than I was.

Peter at Ensign went above an beyond to help us get a commercial truck lease done in short time frame and even went out of his way to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. Went to the Lower Mainland to trade my vehicle in for a RAM 1500 and got nothing but the run around and lowball trade values from a number of other dealerships, leading to your typical annoyance with the car buying experience.The guys at Ensign on the other hand were a pleasure to deal with. They were fair, reasonable and straight with me right from the get go. We were in and out of there in 2 hours with the new truck. We ran into a small issue the next morning due to a weak battery not holding a charge and these guys went over and above by bringing me a booster pack then proceeding to replace the battery with a brand new one, without hesitation.
