Oh's Western Shoes & Repair

- Took shoe in with one problem - stitching required for less than half an inch (a two second job at the most) - took it in on Wednesday. To pick up the following Monday. Did so on Tuesday - went to wear the shoes on Wednesday and the shoe is not fixed. Took it back, owner said it was not that" buckle that was mended but another one. There was only ONE buckle that needed mending when I took the shoe in. When I asked what happened to the buckle that was still broken I received a very dirty look and a retort "how do I know?'". She made me feel as if was trying to pull a fast one and have the shoe repaired for nothing. Did I mentioned that I was way overcharged? $12.60 I kid you not. So very rude. Might add

Went to get two small holes punched in a belt...should be relatively easy. But not with these people. Rude and not helpful at all. Maybe some customer service lessons could help them drum up some more business. If you want some shoe or leather repairs don’t go here.

Customer service was terrible, the owners were rude and snappy. They didn't even fix my shoe properly and demanded way to much money for something she didn't even do right. I'm never going there again

If I could rate this a zero, I absolutely would. I called on a Wednesday to see if there were any problems in the repair of my shoes, or if there was a chance they would be done early, as opposed to Friday when they needed to be picked up. There was trouble communicating on the first call, which is understandable. However, I received a call later in the day, where the owner told me that since I rushed" him

Abolutely disgusted. Nevermind a lesson in customer service the old woman at the counter and her rude shoe repairman need an old school lesson in manners.They are clearly “new canadians” and might want to show a little gratitude for living in such a great country.Canadians dont treat people with rudeness and insulting comments no matter where they immigrate from.Had my 4 year old not been with me I likely would have dealt with these goods much differently.Avoid this hole like the plague.40 bucks to repair a boot zipper and when I questioned the price and the pay up front I was told to take my business elsewhere.Gladly!Enjoy bankrupcy...you deserve it.

Took my husband's shoes in for heel replacement. Rather than replacing entire heel they cut off the worn section and patched" it into the rest of the heel. Uneven and patch fell off after a short time. Took shoes back again. Woman at counter was rude and abrupt. Offered no apology for quality of repair and requested further payment for repairing the shoe as it should have been done in the first place. I will take my business elsewhere in future even if that means traveling to another community. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

If you have a beloved older pair of footwear never bring them to these people. I brought my very expensive boots in for a zipper repair an they refused to fix them of find a solution to what they perceived the problem to be. Instead they told me they were unfixable and to retire them, I had brought the same pair of boots in a few months earlier for zipper repairs which they did with no issues, but this time they wanted nothing to do with them and gave me my money back. they have terrible customer service and don't care since they are the only business in town.

He makes great cowboy boots, if that's what you're after. However, I have to agree with the rest of the reviews that the customer service here is terrible. They have the attitude that your business is such an inconvenience. The cobbler doesn't seem to want to do more than the absolute minimum that's required. I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time I'm in need of shoe repair.

Ladies! If you have a pair of shoes that are just slightly too tight I definitely suggest you take them here. I had a pair of cute heels that pinched my toes a little but I really didn't want to part with them. They stretched them just the right amount and I now I can wear them comfortably. Great, friendly and prompt service.

They are very kind, and they are very good at fixing shoes. I'm so sad that it's only open until next month.Where do I have to fix my shoes now?
