Hot Water Tank Replacement - I had briefly spoken to Andrey a couple months back regarding a minor water leak from a hot water tank at my mothers house. He had quoted a replacement price via text messaging, as I was able to send pics of the setup in her garage. Decided to wait it out, but unfortunately it had stopped working just after Boxing Day. A quick text message back to Andrey, and he was able to fit us in for next day. A couple hours of work, to remove an old tank, install new tank, add expansion tank, make adjustments to the atmospheric vent, and even took a look at another issue. He was good about explaining things, and very communicative. Excellent work and knowledge. Would use again for any future plumbing jobs. Thanks again for the great job.

My strata introduced a rule requiring all owners to install steel-braided supply lines on washers, dishwashers, and refrigerators (to lower the insurance premium for the building insurance). I hired Rescue Plumbers to do the work in my unit. I was very pleased and totally satisfied with the service provided. The price was very reasonable, and significantly less than the quotes from other plumbers.Based on my experience, I believe that their fees are lower than other plumbers in the area, that they are responsive, that their work is excellent, and that they are well-qualified and competent. Highly recommended.

We use Rescue Plumbers since their launch I think in 2009. They service both of our restaurants in Richmond, we also used them during a house reno. The best plumbing company in Vancouver is my conclusion.

We do general contracting in Vancouver and Lower Mainland, and have been using Rescue Plumbers since 2010. Always use them for kitchen, bathroom and any plumbing renovations. They recently did plumbing for our renovation at Stratford Hall.
