I am surprised to see low reviews as everytime I go to this location I have the best experience. We went yesterday and I felt like I had my own personal shoppers it was amazing! For someone like me who sometimes has difficulities pairing pieces together I was grateful for all the running around the ladies did even when it got somewhat busy. I am going away to the muskokas this weekend and now have a beautiful new years outfit to take with me! Thankyou ladies for taking the stress out of shopping! I will always shop at this location.

Inexpensive clothing, sizes can run small as per usual with cheap clothes. Store credit on returns only, which is definitely a deterrent for shopping there. That being said, I found a nice red top for Christmas

Poor service experience every time I go.Now Suzy shier charge 1 dollar for bags so take your own bags for shopping.

Nice location....not sure buying a bag to carry your purchases in for a dollar is a good thing. If you don't want to purchase one, your required to just carry the items around in your hands. No option.

Terrible customer service at this store. The employees aren’t trained to process returns. Had to go to the store twice in one weekend. And the store manager that can, is very unprofessional and quite rude. She wouldn’t even give me a bag lol I’ve experienced my fair share of rude employees but to behave like that as store manager is a poor reflection on the company. If you have an online return, you’re better off getting help from the Suzy Shier website customer service who were extremely helpful and understanding. Suzy Shier has nice affordable clothing and accessories that go on sale often, I just don’t recommend this particular store.

I used to really enjoy shopping at this Suzy Shier location however the store manager has the worst customer service. I’d recommend driving to Oshawa Centre instead.

Great customer service and selection. The woman helping me showed me a dress I completely walked by and never pickup as I thought the shape looked like a night gown on the hanger lol.I dont dress shop often!I asked for help and she brought this dress over and I absolutely fell in love, never again can I judge a dress on its hanger! Thanks ladies!
