I had 6 windows replaced and the quality is amazing. I’m very happy with the look of the windows and the functionality. The entire process was great, from having the discussions on price and advice on windows I should consider, to the installation day where the workers were professional, clean, and friendly. I will need to get more doors and windows completed in the future and I will be a return customer.

I appreciated the professionalism, communication and workmanship. I was kept apprised of the installation timeline and they provided follow up upon completion of the work. The door is solid and looks great. I’m looking forward to seeing how it keeps the cold out in the winter.

Excellent service very clean professional and fast. They install all 14 windows for two days. Vlad give me the best price, Nick installed it for 2 days. For sure will use this company again.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with GreenFox.Short version:- 9 months to deliver windows with multiple excuses and lack of communication- Lots of defects in windows that are on the inside of the glass.- Poor quality control at factory- can’t remove screens without taking a lot of the vinyl trim work around the screen off. No foresight into how a homeowner should clean the windows.Long version:I ordered the windows in Aug of 2022 with an install date in Nov. end of Nov came and no word from GreenFox. I had to call to get an update. Production issues was the reason. A date of Jan was given…again Jan came and went with no contact. Again I had to call. Two times they sent an email with the information that the windows were shipped and should be installed in a few weeks. Again dates came and went with no contact. After the third email, they finally reached out and said there was again a delay. I told them that I would require a discount for the 9 month delay and they offered me less the 1% back, an insulting offer. I read the contract and it stated that if product was not received within one year we could cancel. I emailed the company to cancel my order. The manager called the next day and informed me that my windows were actually in and they were ready to install!?!? We agreed on a discount (only slightly more then 1%) and the installation happened. This is the only part of GreenFox I was happy with. The installer were very good, professional and detailed oriented. Laser levelled all windows in the same room, insulated very well with spray foam and installed the trim with very tight miter joints. Unfortunately that’s were it stopped…as I was cleaning the windows I noticed lots of minor defects in the form of scratches and black marks on the inside window pane (triple pane windows) over 10 windows had defects and of those ten, some windows had multiple defects. (See picture) When I informed GreenFox they mentioned that all of these are so minor and that they don’t exceed that Canadian glass standards defect guide. Out of the 10+ windows only one they are willing to replace. Most of the defects are close to the edges but some scratches are in the centre and black dots are very visible.One other thing about greenfox windows….you can’t remove their screens from the sliding window without removing a bunch of vinyl trim. This is challenging and needs tools, making it very difficult to clean any windows. When I asked them how to remove the screen two managers could not explain how to do it and one even mentioned that they didn’t even realize that the screens couldn’t be removed. He said they had changed the insulation value of the windows and added some extra vinyl pieces to the frame…but I guess they forgot about the customer and how they should clean the windows.Overall very poor experience with GreenFox.Pictures attached are only a FEW of the defects that were found and shown to GreenFox.

Lots of new triple glazed windows installed (3 years old so good so far, no quality issues) and front door installed in the last year (see pics)Very good quality and great service.The sales manager Max is a great guy, very professional and gentleman, the work team Alex and his partner are very professional and they do a great job.

Great work and a fair deal! Thanks so much for our new windows, from quote to billing everything went smoothly. The installation of basement windows was quick and clean thanks to a great crew. Everything thing was explained very well and had nothing left to question. Thanks again for such a painless project! The before and after speak for itself.

Just had a new bay window installed at the front of our house. Our experience with GreenFox was solid right from the first interaction with Sukhi helping us through the purchasing process and Nick's crew installing the window. It took 4 people to lift it in place and the installation was done in a professional manner ahead of schedule. It's been in a week and we are very happy with the the way it looks and functions.

We were very happy with the doors we ordered and the service we received from Greenfox. The project manager that came to show us their products was very courteous and explained everything. He was very up front with the timeline to get our doors installed but our doors were actually ready before the expected date. The installers that came to install our doors were very professional and took their time to put them in to ensure an exact fit. They had a lot of attention to detail and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. The gentleman that came to do the final inspection of our doors was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our doors. We highly recommend Greenfox to anyone looking for new windows and doors!

Decent product with a bad install.EDIT: Updated with picture showing third attempt to make it better, but ended up making it worse. I reduced another star. I’ve spent an hour per window trying to sand out and fix their messy work, that’s 21 hours.Whatever material they used to fill the nail holes not only cracks when it’s painted, but is almost impossible to sand out. The technicians came to site the third time and argued with me, saying they couldn’t see any problems, and it wasn’t their job to begin with. This is after Greenfox sent a service inspector and said they would make it right. Then I’m put in a position to argue with technicians over obviously poor work? This whole situation has been a massive waste of my time. It’s not just about them not fixing it properly, it’s about them not installing correctly the first time. It should not be on the customer to be a QA inspector.Original reviewThis is my second time using Greenfox, the first being for the install of 3 windows during a renovation, and the second being the Installation of 21 triple pane windows.The quoting, booking, and ordering process went quite well and I had no issues there. The windows themselves are nice, and for the price seem well built.The issue I have which is why I deducted two stars, is the install was not done well especially the final trim work.The crew arrived with a work sheet that said “3 days” of work, but they accomplished it in two. This would be fine if the work was done nicely, but it was very much a “ram job”. The crew made a tremendous mess, I mean tremendous. It took my wife and I two days just to get the dust out of our house. They made no attempt to contain the mess initially, and there vacuums spread the dust around on the floor. They were rough, and fast, and it showed.I paid for “Paint Ready” trim for the inside. Upon initial inspection we found many dents and scratches on the window frames, including multiple spots where nails had been shot through. The caulking and filling of holes was not good, and often not even sanded once. Far from paint ready.I called Greenfox and they came out(same crew) and 4 of them spent three hours fixing their mistakes. However I have spent hours re-doing their shoddy work, which was almost worse after their attempt to fix it.The exterior installation of the window was hardly acceptable as they did not install to code and not to my request. The windows were to be installed as if it was a new installation, as the siding was being re-done so they did not need to maintain the current house wrap. They were expected to install Tyvek paper on the sills/wood framing, and bring that Tyvek out for the exterior siding company to tie into. My request was fully ignored, and by the time I arrived home from work half the windows were installed in this fashion.Blueskin tape was used over the nailfins, which will likely suffice, however considering they could have installed it correctly but didn’t, really bothers me. This combined with the rushed and messy interior work, makes for a bad installation overall.I gave them a chance to fix it, but I fully do not recommend their services. This has cost me time and money in materials for a product I paid for, and they had a chance to fix it. Unacceptable.

Terrible installation, still waiting for that after install inspection as indicated on the radio. Been over two months.... Just look at the photos... excessive caulking, no drip sill to prevent water from coming off the window and behind the siding random screws in the middle of the frame, damage to existing trim (hardyboard) due to use of a reciprocating saw while removing the old window.They did send someone to remove the screws and fill with caulking. He also removed the caulking and refilled it again along the bottom of the window in a attempt to make it look nice. Even the service guy was surprised at how bad the install was. Over all it didn't solve the issue of the window not being installed correctly with the potential/guarantee of future water damage to my home.
