Joe Chan is a fantastic instructor. His comedic ways keep you entertained while consuming lots of important information. Great place to do a first aid certificate and the instructor Joe Chan was amazing! He delivered the material in an informative way and his great sense of humour kept the class engaged. Would recommend!

Joe Chan at the New West branch was a great instructor for my one day emergency first aid course and made the day informative and entertaining. The mix of teaching and hands on learning in the course feels balanced and Joe’s added stories and experiences really helped make the material easy to remember. Lovely experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my class here with Mr Sunil as an instructor. At the end, I wished it was a 2-day class or more. He made the concepts easy to understand. I’m glad I was opportuned to attend.

Joe Chan was the most professional yet delightful first aid instructor ever! He managed to maintain engagement throughout the 8-hour course, and despite being upbeat always made sure everyone was comfortable with the subject material and practical demonstrations.

Recently I recertified my OFA Level 1 and CPR with Instructor Joe Chan. I have experienced many FA recertifications over the last four decades and due to Covid I was expired" for the first time in all those years. Joe Chan is a highly competant Instructor and my first experience in the private sector as my previous classes were all Government Agency training models. Moving forward I will continue to seek out Joe Chan for any future training needs.DanoProServ Tactical"

I underwent great training in CPR and First Aid level C under learned instructor Fareshteh and Suni Sachdeva.The information was shared in an interactive way. The training under their guidance ensured that we are ready for giving these services at job sites.Sunil sir made the sessions a real fun.They are highly recommended for people who want to take this up as a career or want skills to enhance healthcare career.The center is walking distance from sky train station.

I’ve had a couple other first-aid courses in the past and I gotta say nothing compares to Joe Chan’s style of teaching.This guy’s the real deal. He was knowledgeable, informative, engaging, and made learning fun, which made it all the more accessible - not intimidating!Other instructors could afford to take a page out of this guys book!Way to go Joe, and thank you for the learning experience!Hopefully see you for my renewal!
