When I came in first time for an estimate, she seemed to know what she was doing so I trusted her with my dress. She told me carefully what needed to be done. As I told her I didn't want to pay too much for alterations, she also offered an cheaper alternative solution. She doesn't speak good English but tried her best to make me understand and to give me advices with my dress. She also gave me discount. Overall I am happy with her work and her services.

First experience with a tailor in Edmonton. I came in for a simple pant alteration. Got my measurements done quickly and handed back in 2 days. Lady at counter was welcoming and had good customer dealing skills. Decent price and a good experience overall!

They are always busy, which is a great sign of repeat customers, and they are always polite and helpful with advice. When you think of the time that is needed to effect alterations, I think that their pricing is appropriate. Highly recommend this business.

Great prices and friendly knowledgeable service. Me and my wife both needed alterations for our wedding clothes, my suit was done in a few days the week of the event. My wife took her dress in for emergency repairs after another tailor botched it and it was done the same day for a very modest cost. Amazingly impressed and would recommend to anyone!

On the recommendation of a friend, I started using this business ten years ago and I have refused to go anywhere else since! This lady works so hard and has not once said no to us (even with our last-minute requests on occasion). The work is always exceptional and reasonably priced. Too many people nowadays do not appreciate the skill level of a good seamstress! I cannot praise her work enough. I go in there with an idea of how I want something altered, and she recommends an alternative that works ten times better! Not disappointed even once. I hesitate to praise her too much, because I don’t want her getting so busy that we can’t get her when we need her! Hahaha. But seriously…she is, quite simply, the best.
