Walked in before the actual opening which was next week. Staff was nice enough to help me and i was taken in . Place looks amazing inside .Plus they take only your plasma and return the red blood cells . Make sure to be prepared to spend 45-60 Mins here .

Great place, great location, great staff! The people here are very polite and explain everything really well. Please remember that they ONLY take plasma (equally as important as blood donation), and the booking process via the website (I haven’t tried the app yet) is really easy. Prepare to spend about 45-60 minutes here and 30 minutes more in case you are donating for the first time. You can donate plasma every 1-2 weeks! Please follow all guidelines and remember to eat and hydrate before arriving (come at least 10 minutes before your appointment)

It was my first time donating plasma. The staff here was really nice to me especially Azza the one who explains me the whole process how does this donation works.. Thank you guys you are really awesome..

Nurses are polite and they keep on checking on you as if you are doing good. They provide good refreshments after blood donation.

The Brampton Canadian Blood Service clinic opened in May 2022. Unlike other donor centres, this location focuses exclusively on Plasma donation. The general donation process is still similar, such as screening, questionnaires, hemoglobin test, and so on. The difference is that your blood gets returned to you after the machine extracts the plasma from the blood. You can read more about this process on the website. The process could take longer but you also get to donate more often (weekly), as opposed to 56 days waiting period for blood.This location was excellent. Aside from the brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities, the staffs and volunteers were enthusiastic and helpful. As a first-time donor, you get some souvenirs/swags and you truly feel you're appreciated to come in for a donation. The staffs patiently explain the process and how it could be different than a blood donation, and were careful during the donation set up. Near the end of donation, I felt quite dizzy and they immediately ensured I had wet towels and liquids, before I was discharged with lots of snacks.Overall, it was a pleasant donation process that makes you want to revisit - after all, you're helping save lives.

Amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and caring. Especially. Ms. Azza who was my attendant had been very nice, providing all the info clearly.Even though I'll have to come from Toronto, but I will surely be a regular donor here.

Beautiful facility, high-tech equipment, and very knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind.Just a reminder Plasma donation is different than your normal blood donation. It took me almost 1 hour, make sure to book an appointment and be there on time which helps speed up the process a bit.
