Hearthland Fireplaces

Hearthland Fireplaces designed and custom built the cabinets for our new kitchen and dining room. The end product is fabulous. We are so happy with the design, look and feel. Very user-friendly amenities were built-in. Anna was really professional and attentive to our needs. All the staff was very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Hearthland and we will recommend them to all our friends and neighbours.

This is the second time we’ve used Heartland to update our fireplace. The first was about 14 years ago and we were very pleased with the new gas insert and custom mantle that they added. After moving into a new home that needed a fireplace makeover we already knew where to turn. We had one delay when we realized the fireplace we wanted couldn’t fit centred in the wall like we wanted and the team was quick to suggest alternate fireplace units, which I think we are even happier with the fireplace we ended up with.The cabinet team at Heartland have also been very helpful in customizing our built in cabinets and shelves just like we wanted. They matched the hardware, door style, and colouring from our kitchen and were quick to add in nice extras at no additional cost without asking (soft closing doors, and protective hinges, for example). Overall we are very happy with the quality of work and the collaborative team at Heathland and would use them again for our next home. We are also considering them for a separate built-in unit without a fireplace. Take a look at our before and after photos to see the amazing upgrade they’ve made to our home.

I have been dealing with Hearthland for many years. They renovated our kitchen, living room, family room in our Millcroft home 7 years ago. We we were thrilled with the job they did so naturally we hired them again when we downsized to a townhouse recently to build several custom built- in units for our recreation room including a wet bar, a china cabinet in our dining room, built in book cases in our loft and now a custom small coffee/garbage unit for our kitchen that I designed on a scrap of paper and they brought to life for my very compact kitchenette". They are excellent to deal with and their work is impeccable (and we are very picky people) They colour matched the custom top on the unit in the dining room and the kitchen coffee stand to the exact colour of our floor and it looks so amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are needing custom cabinets. We will be hiring them to do our laundry room next!!"

My in-laws where in need of a new fireplace insert and the first and only call I made was to Hearthland. I used them a few years ago for my own house and once again, the service/install was fantastic. Nicole who came out to the house was very pleasant. She not only provided a timely quote and responded quickly to my emails/calls, she went above and beyond to get it installed quickly (I was on a tight deadline). The day of the install went so smooth, I received a call before they arrived and they completed within a few hours. Besides leaving behind a beautiful fireplace, you would never had known they were there, especially on such a snowy day (used dropped clothes and took away the old insert). I would highly recommend them and my in-laws are over the moon with the results.

Hearthland Fireplaces was by far the best fireplace experience that I have had in burlington. The front staff, Nicole, was friendly, knowledgable and responsive to my million in one questions. The installation was stress free and they showed up on time and cleaned up after they left.

Nicole and the team are so easy to work with! Installed with no issues, and helped us understand how to use our fireplace during install. They didn’t try to oversell either. Thanks for the great work!

I am surprised with all the good reviews found here. We ordered and paid for a fireplace mantel in May 2022. We chose something simple, same wood mantel as in exhibition and still, after 8 months they have not been able to make it. Around August, we were told that they were almost ready to start our mantel: we are getting this project moving". In October we were told "your mantel is going into production this week". We had an awful 90's-style corner gas fireplace and wanted to replace it with something modern with loads of storage. I came up with a design idea that Hearthland improved upon and executed perfectly. Nicole is fantastic to work with and the demo-crew and installers were great. They took their time and didn't rush the job and came back to touch up the parts they weren't happy with.We asked for small edges so we could hide our LED strip lights. It looks awesome at night!Will definitely use them again for future projects and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.
