Worst company I've had to deal with. I unfortunately had the luck of dealing with this corrupt company a few times. This past experience is beyond rediculous. While my vehicle was in the care of Burks towing, the inspection sticker went missing off my vehicle. when I called to retrieve my vehicle I was told 3 seperate prices. First it was $125 and I could go pick it up. I then called back to tell them I was on my way to be informed my car had no inspection sticker, there was one on it when it was towed. I never argued with them agreed to pay $300 to have it towed to my home. As I was waiting I had the driver call me back and inform me there was a police order on the car not to be released to me and had to be released to a mechanic. I tried to contact the police to see what they were talking about to no avail. I then contacted every mechanic in the city to try and find someone to take my vehicle and put new brake pads on it. It took me a week. I then called Burks back to inform them on where to take my vehicle and that I was on my way to pay the bill, now $400. I finally got ahold of the police to find out THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!! There was never an order on my vehicle, the police never removed my safety. Burks towing is solely responsible for defacing my vehicle and withholding it from me for absolutely no reason. Be warned avoid this company at all cost.Side note, all the previous review are from employees of Burks towing...

My Mom accidentally locked my son in her vehicle while he was in his car seat. She called me and I called Burke's Towing , someone was there in minutes he was friendly and efficient and everyone was on their way in no time.

I recently had a flat tire and called them to have it replaced with my spare. When Rick arrived, I realized I didn't have a spare in the vehicle. He offered to fill my tire so I was able to get off the road to a parking lot. He was professional, friendly and very attentive to my situation. Will definitely use their services again.
