Our server Niya was super friendly! We ordered an item from the dinner menu during breakfast time, and they still prepared it for us. All the holiday decor makes the atmosphere special and warm, and our booth felt cozy and private. Would come back, for sure!

It is always a great place to dine in. Food is great and service is always excellent. Mr Shawn was very attentive, funny and personable. This time, we ordered Fish and Chips ($20), Calamari ($10), Butter Chicken poutine ($10), Raspberry White Chocolate truffle for dessert ($10). You don't have to wait in line or book a week before. Happy hour is between 3pm-6pm and you get great deals on food and drinks. If you have never been in before, its time to give it a go, never disappoints!

Great experience dining at symposium waterdown today! Matt our server was friendly and efficient. We feel our needs were met and everyone went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. We will be returning. They also arranged last minute a birthday candle on a brownie to celebrate a birthday at breakfast. Great location, staff and food. We will return.

We went to Symposium for a Father’s Day brunch in a large group. The setting was perfect for a nice family meal. I had the fried chicken eggs Benedict - was not expecting the chicken to be as nice and juicy as it was. Absolutely delicious. Our server, Caitlynn, was excellent. Super friendly and quick service. Will definitely return to try other things from the menu

I was pretty surprised at the portions and quality of the dishes here! The wings were definitely my favorite here, I would go back just for them! Niya was a great server for the night, super cheerful and pleasant.

Needed a good breakfast spot in the area where I can go with my son who has an egg allergy. Symposium has a good children’s menu and a tasty grilled cheese my son was able to eat. Really great service, Victoria was super helpful in confirming the allergy friendly options with the kitchen and making sure me and my son didn’t need anything else during our meal. It’s always an adventure eating out by myself with our toddler but I’ll definitely be coming back here with him! Food is great, and service is fantastic, and the coffee was on point.

We had our breakfast today around 9am. The serving was adequate and very tasty. The service was very good and Eaton ( person serving us) was very courteous and provided all information about the dishes we ordered for. Will definitely visit again in near future.
