Decent little shop with good quality sleepwear and small selection of boudoir options. Most designs are contemporary for a mass market appeal. Don't expect to find anything unique here which is fine if you want the basics.Staff is not very helpful as I was on my own looking for a gift and was not approached for assistance in the 20 minutes I was there. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have been offered assistance.

Le vie en rose is my favourite place to buy panties and bras but this store in particular is my favourite! I make the trip from Scarborough just to shop at this store. The employees are so helpful and always eager to help. They make finding a size so easy and make me feel really comfortable with what I am buying. Everything is neatly displayed and they carry larger sizes for those of us who have a big chest.Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The lady who worked in the fitting room was extremely rude. She knew I was inside but still opened my door without asking! No apologies! She said she opened my door to check how many items I had…?! Are you serious?? Seeming like she is a racist because she knew to knock on the other two customers’ door and serve them. Even when I came out from the fitting room she didn’t take over items from my hand.update：I went to your store on Jan 23 around 1pm, it’s easier for you to check out which staff was it.

Not a very good holiday return policy - just until Jan 8th which basically just gives a week after the holiday season. This information was not on the gift receipt or the website. The employee was very nice but the manager berated her when she came over the explain the policy

Sales rep was friendly and very helpful.(Name escapes me) answered a range of questions relating to a costume I was putting together; including topics like colour matching, and where to find other things for it like props and nail polish.Along with the help of another rep (whose name also escapes me) we found the perfect pair of slippers in store for Sleeping Beauty.

I bought 12 pair of various underwear for about $70.00 as I wanted to try different ones to see how each one held up over time so I would buy more, and they were all complete GARBAGE. Within 6mos there were holes in them, thread was coming out, elastic peeking out, half of them I had to toss out. I aways washed them on delicate in a mesh bag and hung to dry and they still fell apart! I get better quality from the dollar store. The bathing suit was ok, but never will I buy any of their underwear again.

It was my first time at this location looking for specific Lingerie and had shopped all over and this was my last stop. I spotted the perfect set but one of the items only had one size (of course not mine). I approached Rachel (manager) thought I take a shot and ask if they have my size, and of course they didn’t. I wondered through the shop looking for alternative’s and she came back suggesting the manikin might be wearing my size and assisted me with the whole shopping process and and made an experience out of it. Her initiative and approachable energy has made quite the impression that i’m a repeat customer and will continue to be as long as Rachel and other likeminded individuals are working there. Thank you Rachel!

Nicole the manager at the store was such a pleasure meeting and her understanding of accessibility and aoda laws is really amazing and important to me because I identify as having a invisible disability and was so happy for her helping me she is truly a beautiful human being.Thank you Nicole.

Needed swimsuits for a trip and I always go to La Vie En Rose. It was my first time at this location. I was looking through suits for my size and could feel someone an arms length behind me starring, the associate. Once i looked at her she asked if I needed a fitting room. Instead of asking me if she could assist with the sizing (which i was struggling with) she waited until i felt my personal space was invaded to say something. I am a dark skinned woman and this is racial profiling at its best. I asked for a different associate to help me, spent $200 and left. Due to this i can no longer support this company.Please take this feedback as an opportunity to better educate your associates and possibly diversify your staff because there was none based on what i saw today.Adding an update as I’ve seen others with a similar experience have. Occurred on Wed March 23 at approx 4:30pmIts clear now there is a racial targeting problem at this store.

Love their collections, It’s really reasonable rather thn other brands with best materials and design.
