The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The prices are amazing for Arc’teryx products which are great quality. Omeir was a huge help! I bought my Grandfather a vest from there that he never takes off!

Today, the Store Manager helped us, he is really knowledgeable, explains the difference between all kind of Jackets.He is patiently, friendly and respectful for all questions! Great spot for finding deals on past-season Arc’teryx gear. Selection and sizes available is limited compared to a regular Arc’teryx store, but the staff are super helpful and friendly.

It was a small store but had an amazing selection at the time I went and was super organized. The assistant manager was super friendly and knowledgeable in helping guide me to the right jacket! I haven’t stop wearing my Atom LT since!! I’m definitely coming back with my family especially after that superb customer service by him!

The staff are almost as non existent as the products they have. Store was empty of customers, staff and clothes when I walked in. The few clothes they had are all factory seconds anyway.Seriously don’t wast your time.

Staff is unbo. Very helpful but not pushy. Understand the concept of helping the guests with product knowledge but not being pushy with sales. Makes for a much better shopping experience when you have honest helpful employees like this giving valuable feedback not just pushing their own newest products!

Beautiful store especially if you're looking for a monochromatic outfit in gorgeous soft palate colors. Would have gotten a 5 star but toured the full store for 15 mins and no staff spoke to me, made eye contact and even smiled. It was Monday and not busy.

I was quite surprised at the size of this mall! We were able to get a good parking spot, are at a nice restaurant and shipped a bit. Nice people, tons of stores!
