They were very responsive to my phone enquiries prior to my order. They offered a free upgrade after ordering, when the container for my flowers was out of stock. The delivery was quick. The flowers were beautiful!

I paid $113 for a wedding bouquet, the lady described it would have a golden wrap with a ribbon and asked to come back later for pickup as it wasn’t ready. Someone else went to pick it up for me and they gave a regular bouquet without any wrap or ribbon that you can find at walmart for $25. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The service was amazing. All requests were fulfilled for my brother's funeral. I highly recommend them

Ordered flowers from the US for Valentine’s Day. Called the store numerous times and at first they were dodging our phone calls and when they finally answered, we were told that they do not guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day then why do you sell a service if you cannot provide it. Got a call at 8 PM that they lost contact with the delivery driver. Horrible service do not recommend.

Overpriced very expensive and i was so disappointed with gift hamper there was just five things about the price of $10-20 and rest is garbage and boxes and its price is about $70. Please don't waste ur money and there flower bouquet is $75 i think and flowers were not even fresh if i have to buy stale flowers I could buy bouquet of 12 red roses in Walmart only $30 . It was gift from my friend i was so disappoint. The thing is price is not worth. I am very honest . Please don't waste your money and choose wisely. I am nit recommend this shop to anyone. I personally bought many bouquet but highest price i have paid for big premium bouquet was $55 because it was from mall. Please think before buy. I can understand may be flowers could be expensive but gift hamper wastage of money and worthless.

Excellent flower arrangements.I called the store this morning to arrange flowers for a funeral. Ms. Asmita who answers the phone was very kind and very patient taking my order.The flowers turned out very pretty.Thank you

My husband went into the store 2 weeks before valentine's day to order a dozen long stemmed red roses to be delivered on valentine's day. The day came and went and no flowers. The next day he got a phone call that he didn't pick up. Someone mistakenly marked the order for pick up. They were delivered the same day. Problem there were only 10 stems and one stem was broken. Husband called back to try to fix the problem. He was told someone would call him back. Its now 4 days later and no follow up call. Mistakes were made which could have saved your reputation by an appropriate and speedy solution. Instead you ruined our valentine's day and your professional reputation. Showing up with a fresh 1/2 dozen roses and an apology and all would have been good.Feb 21 update.. I called the shop yesterday and was told they didn't have a new bouquet to send at the time. They assured me that they were to receive another shipment on Tuesday and I could expect deliverySo we had ordered a dozen..the replacement bouquet was 6. They are beautiful just not sure it makes up for the problems. Am happier than I was last week. Just will have to think twice before ordering from Shalimar again. Thank you for your small attempt to rectify your errors.

I would not recommend this florist as they are way overpriced and take advantage of customers on holidays. On Mother's Day they were charging $160 for two dozen roses!!!!! $160 for flowers alone!! I went to a Metro Grocery store 5 mins away where two dozen roses were $44. We ended getting this beautiful arrangement for $54. Another bouquet of a dozen roses was $39.

I would highly recommend this shop for all florist needs. The staff, specifically Ashmita, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They offer the best services, especially flowers for weddings (eg. indian Jai Mala). The prices were also the best from everywhere that we searched.
