We had a wonderful experience shopping today for my daughters grade 8 grad dress. Deborah was very helpful for my shy daughter who didn’t even know what she was looking for. Deborah was very kind and patient and extremely helpful. She picked out a beautiful accessory to add a little sparkle to the dress and I could see my daughter light up when she added it. Thank you Deborah for making the experience so beautiful!!

This shop has overpriced 5-10 year old dresses that the owner is trying to sell at $500 plus. Ever dress I saw and touched was dirty or damaged. Don't get me started on the service. You walk into the warehouse and no one greets you, it almost like they can't be bothered to say hello. When you see this place just drive on by don't stop!

I bought a dress and paid for modifications, ( modifications was not free) I asked for cut it at the bottom because the dress was too long. The person at Diane’s told us yes. She didn’t even explain or said the pros or cons by fixing the dress.And they completely ruin the dress. They told us they don’t have the machine for some modifications.They just grab scissors and cut as it was any kind of fabric.It wasn’t free. They ruin the dress, they did not make any refoun and we have to look for another dress…Plus dresses all are damage and dirty.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Within a minute of browsing the selection, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Debra, who instantly made me feel comfortable. I expressed that I had sizing concerns/body issues and she took her time to help me find a dress that made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. I’ve noticed there’s some reviews talking about sizing concerns, but I do believe since this is a boutique, the sizes are limited which is totally okay. I will definitely be returning for more dresses!

Deborah is such a sweetheart with a patient ear and pleasing demeanour. She helped my mom pick out an absolutely stunning outfit as the mother of the bride for an expedited timeline wedding and we couldn’t be more delighted for our paths to have crossed!Highly recommend for all your bridal needs, including a gorgeous gown at a steal price, prom, or just about anything you may need a fabulous piece of clothing with accompanying accessories for!

i had an event in 23 days and these wonderful women not only help me find my dream dress but also my moms and my sisters. use three are all plus sized and had absolutely no problem shopping here! i was so happy on my day with my amazing dress and crown. i continue to recommend this place to everyone it was honestly amazing and i’m so thankful to them.

I came to Diane bridal on Orfus Road where we met Debra. I was searching for a prom dress for my daughter at the last minute. Her knowledge of dresses and sizes was Amazing. We found the Perfect" dress. I'm so happy that the dress fit so well.Thank You Debra
