I had the small bowl miso soup with the Big Boss Salmon Sushi. Very pleasant waitress the food was spot on and fast delivery to the table. An added bonus was they have call buttons at each table to let them know you are ready to order or anything you need.

The server we had did an excellent job at sharing the traditional Japanese experience. She told us about the cherry blossom petal falling into your drink meaning good luck. Which she then came back out with a free tea with traditional petals transported from Japan. 10/10 service. The food was also to die for! I loved the Takoyaki!! The food was gone in 20 minutes. Highly recommend going here.

Love Umai. The service is phenomenal, food and presentation amazes me. The server brought out a sample of the dessert for my kiddos to try since I wasn't sure if they would like it. They loved it! Then they kept bringing us more candies and tea and chatting with us ever after we paid. Such an amazing well run local restaurant that truly cares about their customers.

Terrible food and terrible customer service. They box everything together without a divider. If you have a problem with that they'll hang up on you.Edit:Despite the reply Umai did not offer any solution or apologize over the phone (or in person). That's an absolute lie and they lost a regular customer. I wasn't asked to call back, I arrived at the store shortly after they hung up on me and they did offer to remake the sushi but weren't willing to admit that the quality was bad despite the photo I showed them. Photos don't lie and that's a spicy salmon roll blending with a mount Benson roll defeating the point of ordering either one of them.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here. The food was great. The staff were attentive and they were nice and funny too. We had a great time!

Super delicious and fresh food. They had super interesting sushi rolls which you would normally not found besides the standard ones. Everything tastet great and the staff was super helpful and friendly and happy to chat. Will definitely come back as it also was great value for money!

Great meal at Umai with my friends today. The sheer amount of options available is a 5 star review in its self. But the food backs it up by being delicious and reasonably priced. I got the kappa Maki and vegtable spring rolls. Really enjoyed my mean, however, my only negative comment is the vegtable spring rolls come drizzled in plum sauce which I do not like. It was not indicated on the menu that they came this way and they would be my only complaint. However they rectified the issue swiftly. Highly recommend.

Love the cherry blossom branches for the decor. The food portions are big and it is fresh! I got the sashimi bento box with the wild salmon upgrade.

Beautiful restaurant, service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Extremely fresh fish! The. Bowser and niko niko rolls were ridiculously delicious.
