Mic Mac Dental Centre

I had a root canal done by Dr McKenzie. She had to rebuild part of the tooth. Great work but nine months later, the tooth cracked apart. I called the dental office, gave her my name and told her what happened. The receptionist listed appointments available with Dr Proffitt. I went in and he fixed it. He charged me full price. I called the next day and asked why I was charged full price. The receptionist said that it was because the dentists have their own practices. They didn't tell me that at the beginning. I am unemployed right now with no coverage so I paid over $300 in cash.

MIC MAC DENTAL the staff are all polite, the wait time is great, there my go to dentist office since I first went there few weeks ago,, I recommend the dental office to everyone,,

I have never had such a calming experience with a dentist.Dr. Profitt was kind, soft-spoken and carefully explained the procedure (dental extraction). There was NO pain, minimal pressure, and aftercare with Liz was perfect.10/10, would recommend.

My 5 year old was worried about going to the dentist after losing some teeth and having another one loose - she thought the “sucker” would take it out. Crystal made her feel so comfortable and asked her so many questions about what was going on in her world. After the appointment I could tell my daughter was quite pleased. I asked her if she liked the lady that cleaned her teeth and she shouted from the backseat, “I loved her!!” My 8 year old was in another room at the same time, I wasn’t there with her, but she knew her hygienist’s name and said she was sooo nice! Dr. Smith was great as well - very personable! And as I have for the last 20+ years, always love our receptionist Andrea. Happy to be a Mic Mac Dental family!

Amazing and caring people. It is such a comfortable and safe place to be. I always receive the best care from the group. Keep doing what you were meant to do!

Got in quickly for a new appointment. I was really impressed with the time and explanations as to what was wrong and what was required.

On 3/11/23 I had a wicked tooth ache. I phoned to book an appointment that am. I was informed that they were totally booked for about a week. At 12pm, Kelly phoned me and said they could fit me in for 3pm that day. Dr. Dessureault and his assistant ( I regret that I never got her name) were absolutely amazing! The whole team was caring, polite, efficient, humorous and totally pain free.I am extremely grateful to Dr. Dessurault, his assistant, and Kelly and the entire pleasant staff for a great experience.I totally recommend.Thumbs up!Don B.

Staff is amazing. My 14 year old had a wisdom tooth that needed to come out. He was terrified. The staff was so kind and patient. Dr Profitt and the rest of staff were absolutely wonderful! So grateful for them!
