Not sure what’s going on but I dropped off my Hamilton automatic watch almost three months ago for full service. I’ve called like 3 times and supposedly the owner doesn’t know what’s the status on it is. It could be in a corner somewhere haven’t been worked on at all. Who knows really. I’m assuming nothing is being done to it because she said she’d call me back if she had any progress on it. No call back of course. I assumed it would take some time a month maybe two. Front desk person she should definitely be setting a time period to her clients. When to expect it done.

NO STARS! Abysmal clock workmanship. Rude and misleading customer service by the woman at the front desk! My clock was eight months in the shop and it is worse now than when I brought it in. It is also now ten minutes late each day and no longer chimes. ---- Scroll down on their reviews. About three years ago they had consistently good reviews. Something has changed here,.....new owners ? New management? Maybe just a change of front desk personnel and recently hired incompetent repair people but in any case they have gone WAY DOWN HILL. I would never go back to them and don't recommend them for any kind of a clock repair! The only thing they are good at is taking your money and not fulfilling promises. --- BEWARE!!

Really cool selection of watches, but more importantly quick and efficient repairs and sizing. Great staff! Definitely will be coming back for whatever we need.

We’ve had to take a clock back a few times to get it fixed and True is always very kind and helpful. Julie is extremely rude and fairly defensive/condescending. I’d give zero stars if I could for extremely poor customer service and it leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.

Went in to resize my watch, the kind lady walked me through the steps, eyeballed the size adjustment and it fit perfectly(first try)! Knowledgable people, kind and they have very great pricing on their services and goods. I would recommend this store over any in a heartbeat.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Just called to check on my watch which I brought in 2 months ago to have a band replaced. Owner clearly had no idea where it was (it's maybe at the workshop")

Got my first kit-cat clock today! I meant to get the ladies name that helped me out. I’m assuming she is the owner. Her shop is beautiful. She’s genuinely a lovely person and I will be back whenever I see more kit-cat clocks in her window. Thank you ❤️

Took 2 Rolex watches to watchmaker Julie for service mainly because I did not want to send through mail to Rolex for service. Recommended by Rolex dealer downtown I was not disappointed. For a fraction of the cost Julie did a full service on both watches over 20 years old and now are running as good as they did when bought new. She had watches for about 30 days where Rolex would require 3 or more months and charge double for one watch than I paid for both watches. My opinion it is not necessary to spend more than double to send your Rolex through the mail and wait months for your watch to return. Nice to hand watches over the counter and get them back the same way.

This is a gem of a clock and watch resource! Excellent service without fuss. Swiss-trained owner is very competent and answered all my questions and concerns directly and completely! A very satisfied customer am I.

Believe all the single star ratings. I would give negative 20 if I couldI took in an antique clock that would not wind up. I spoke with the clock maker and I would like to have it looked and if it were something simple like a screw stripped or a gear was jammed, they kept it for over a 2 months told me three times it was ready, they had only taken the face of and nothing else. The woman is VERY once you seem to give them your business. They said they could not even tell me which clock repair men had looked at itand wanted $425 I said no so they returned it to me with a dry wall through the backI did not notice until I got home.
