We are very happy with the job Real Blue Roofing did replacing our shingles in July with Owens Corning Duration shingles.The quote we received was extremely comprehensive. It itemized everything from materials to labour and included the brand name of materials to be used, which are consistent with Owens Corning warranty specifications. They also clearly identified the areas that would be covered with underlayment and water shield. When we requested coverage on the entire roof, Real Blue accommodated our request and quickly revised the estimate. Their price was also reasonable and full payment was required only after the job was completed.The job took 2 days to replace the roof and another few hours to replace the flashing on a subsequent day. The crew showed up promptly in the morning and worked hard all day. They were all professional and respectful. They took care to protect our property and cleaned up at the end of each day.The entire process from sales to project completion was a positive experience, thanks to Rythm and the crew at Real Blue. We would definitely recommend Real Blue Roofing.

I did a lot of research and used a spreadsheet to make an itemized apples-to-apples comparison of eight of the top-rated contractors in the Peel Region whose prices were fairly reasonable. Their price (before tax) was over $300 higher than my initial choice but I still picked them - for the peace of mind". I called them on a Monday and they were able to send someone the very next day. I had leakage on my roof from condensation and lack of ventilation this past winter. The staff that came out actually went up there and conducted an inspection by actually going into the attic space as opposed to just looking from a ladder. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it that same day for a very good price. Very satisfied and surprised at the quick turnaround. 10/10

I am extremely pleased with the work Real Blue Roofing has done. Not only was the price competitive but the quality of service was excellent as well.I spent time researching what was needed and asked a lot of questions before making my decision to hire them and I'm glad I did.Dil provided a quick response to all my questions and concerns. They only used high quality shingles and other products needed to complete the job.The crew was professional, hardworking and meticulous in detail. Property around the house was covered with tarps/plywoods to collect debris, nails, etc. At the end of the day they cleaned up to the point that you would never know they were even there.I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for future projects.

We're very impressed with the way Mr. Rythm (the Project Manager) presented an estimate. He has even included a basic guidebook about roofing!I have to admit that I had several quotes and his presentation was top-notch.Now, maybe it would look like I asked too many questions; however, based on advice from competitors/several sources I needed to know:1. Are you available 24 hours in case of a roofing emergency?2. Will you be doing step wall flashing?3. Will you use ridge vents?4. My roof rafter spacing is 24 inches, so will you use 1/2 or 5/8-inch plywood?5. All the roofing contractors indicated that my roof has a 5/12 pitch - does it matter in terms of pricing?6. How much for an extra sheet of plywood?7. Is the Henry Bakor Ice & Water shield and Rhino Synthetic Underlayment approved by OC (warranty issue)?8. I have a lot of trees around and pests are dancing" on my roof

Great experience and excellent workmanship!Real Blue Roofing came in Nov 2021 to replace our roof due to previous roof leaks (one fixed perfectly by Real Blue Roofing, the other ones on different roof spots we decided it not to fix them, but to do a full roof replacement instead performed by the same company). The roofing team show up early morning (team of 6) and started working right away (shingles were already delivered the day before). One very good thing about this company is that they provide pictures before, during and after job completion, regardless if is just a roof leak or a roof replacement, in our case. I did observe a very good preparation before work started: tarps placed on the front lawn (covering my neighbor's one, as well) and between our house and the neighbor's one, as well (we have a semi-detached house), while the driveway was free for their equipment and the garbage bin. They lay down not just high quality shingles by Owen Cornings, but protective sheets under shingles, as well; roof plywood sheets were inspected and found to be good, however, they could replace up to 5 of them, as per our contract, if required; all roof vents were replaced with new ones, as well. Eavestroughs were inspected and found to be clean and in good condition, as well. During the roof replacement job, they were cleaning up continuously on the ground. No damage at all to our house or my neighbors'. The job was completed around 4 pm that day; extended clean-up around the house and driveway was professionally completed, followed by eavestroughs cleaning, as well. We are very happy with the job they did on our roof replacement, considering also their 10 years warranty on workmanship which includes lots of factors. By next day early morning I received quite a few pictures through a dedicated hyperlink provided by the company (some being attached to this review). Overall, we are very pleased with the job performed, as well as the interaction with the roof replacement team: well done and Thank you to all the team for such a great job! We've already recommended them to other friends, as well.
