I am no stranger to middle-eastern food! This place is actually really good. The food is fresh, tasty and has nice flavours. However, I like my garlic sauce a bit stronger than that. The garlic sauce here is too creamy for me but that's just me. I ordered Lazeez on the rocks and it was delicious. If you want a mix of Chicken and Beef they make you pay 3 dollars more even though your getting the same amount of meat which I found a bit annoying. Their lentil rice was really good, and their hot sauce is EXTREMELY hot! I got excited to see that they sell Snapple drinks which really helped with the crazy heat I wasn't expecting from my meal!!!

Fave shawarma place especially around the uni campuses!!! We really love their chicken on the rocks & salad side. The sauces make it next level. Also find it to be less greasy than some other places which is nice & refreshing!

One of the best Shawarma in the Waterloo area, chicken of the rocks is the most delicious in this Lazeez Shawarma.Especially when a guy with long hair prepares it, I love it. The staff of this location is really friendly,

Last night I had the Chicken Shawarma Poutine and the Hummus with Pita Bread. The Chicken Shawarma Poutine was awesome great flavours from all the suaces and awesome crispy fries. The Hummus with the Pita Bread was even better. Super tasty Hummus! The cherry on top is awesome hospitality and good vibes from my man manning the kitchen Arpan! Someone give this guy a raise. He always made sure I was enjoying my meal and was in a great mood setting on awesome atmosphere for this cool Shawarma shop. Overall would recommend, great food and amazing vibes.

I went to Lazeez king st plaza today after a week. Unlike my last visit, it was surprising to see how much they improved and cared about customer review. I ordered a lazeez on the rocks and got a box filled with hot rice and chicken, topped with garlic sauce and hot sauce. I highly recommend this place and hope they maintain the same standard

Hossein is the nicest guy I ever have met in the Shawarma business so far. I am a student & me and a couple friends visited on our short lunch & he was able to push out the food in a fast & efficient manner. I understand it’s just Shawarma & the way it’s made it’s simple to put together but I’ve been to other places that take too much time up talking & presented my orders in a slow fashion. I am happy to go back & go this SPECIFIC location. I can’t hate on the Lazeez up the street or even the one in Highland but this one is by far my favourite cause Hossein is here haha. ☺️

I just picked up my falafel wrap for this restaurant. Since the second I entered, I faced a horrible attitude and look from the employees that they kept looking at up and down and most likely trying to figure out my gender. The tall Indian guy with a black beard and long hair gave me my order with such a horrible attitude, and in one moment I asked myself if I had done something wrong!! I feel absolutely harassed and disrespected and most definitely won’t come back here, and I do not recommend this place to any member of the LGBTQ+ community. As a customer and a community member, we all deserve to be treated equally and respectfully. I hope this review comes to the corporate’s attention.

I ordered Chicken shwarma & Fries through Uber Eats. Worst food I have ever eaten. Fries are full of salt can't even eat them!! Sharma's taste is not good bad smell coming from the bread!!

I love this franchise but from this location I love more university ave and highland one. The location is awesome as so many other shops around, night walk and park is near to it but sitting space is less in this one . I like chicken platter here with Greek salad as it comes with fries and rice but this location doesn’t include free drink with chicken platter as other location do, I guess highland one not sure, better call and confirm . Moreover , their taste quality is same in every location no difference.

Ordered the chicken on the rocks via Doordash and it was delivered quickly. The food was not bad except it felt grainy and lacked the punch. I don’t think that’s the best chicken on the rocks I’ve tasted in KW region nevertheless I’ve given it 5 stars. I appreciate them for curing my hunger in time.
