Had a very pleasant experience using Fannie, Corey and the team at Allegro to ship a rather complicated item from their headquarters down to the Caribbean. They were communicative, timely and helpful throughout. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to ship something a far distance. Will be using them again.

Were very helpful for our first time shipping 2 containers to Aruba. Will be using them again in our future shipments.

I've been working with Allegro for years and they have never let me down. They are excellent communicators, make recommendations based on market conditions to ensure timely success of our shipments, and are consistently upbeat and personable. It's refreshing in such a fast paced industry.

Do not work with this company if you are a transporter. They owe us money since 2015 & when we call or email their accounting, there is no answer at all. We will be choosing legal method now but be careful if anyone wants to transport stuff for them

ALLEGRO FREIGHT INC is a FRAUDULENT company, their practice is to buy freights for their transports and disappear!!BEWARE OF THEM! THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOUR FREIGHTS BACK!WE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER IN CANADA WHO RECEIVED THE CONTAINERS, THEY CONFIRMED TO US THAT THEY HAD SETTLED THE FREIGHTS TO ALLEGRO UPON ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS 6 MONTHS AGO AND ALLEGRO NEVER PAID US FOR AN AMOUNT OF EUR 11.800!THEY DISSAPEARD AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND DESPITE THAT WE SEE IN THE SYSTEM THAT THEY READ THE MESSAGES.TO SECURE YOUR BUSINESS, UPSTAIN TO RESPOND TO THEIR REQUESTS FOR QUOTATIONS.DOES ANYBODY THINK THEY WILL RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE?

The worse customer service ever and they tried to squeeze money out of me with unreasonable extra charges. Don’t even deserve one star. They charge extra charges for waiting 1 hrs but actually, they wait only 30 mins. They can’t even tell the pick up time exactly. So , rude to the client too .

You should choose this company if you can’t get the key stone cops or the Marx brothers to do your shipping. This company is a three ring circus and they are missing the clowns, but luckily they have Lingga “Fannie” (I think she is the owner) and Sahar (operation “manager”) to fill in for them. I informed Fannie 3 weeks in advance when our shipment would be ready and she pretty much single handed managed to delay our shipment by over 4 weeks. I am not sure if this is a “bait and switch” operation or just incompetence. A shipment that should have taken 3-4 weeks took over 7 weeks. They will use the excuse of Covid, and the shipping companies, but this is not true as we used another shipping agent 2 weeks after this, and guess what .. no problems what so ever. Sahar who is information source has no clue about anything. At one point she gave us the name of ship that was going in the wrong direction, and she only found out about after 7 days, and when I tracked the ship myself and told her about it. She then had the audacity to laugh at me when I informed her. This is the company that you should definitely recommend to your competition, or use them if you don’t care about your cargo, clients or your money! I should have read the “real” reviews before I used them. If you look at the “positive/4 star reviews” they are all 1 review only (very interesting isn’t it). Every time someone leaves a negative review 3 or 4 (one hit wonder) positive reviews pop up…Check BBB reviews more accurate!

Allegro Freight is amazing. All my interactions with the team were friendly and helpful. Fannie and Sahar returned my emails quickly and really helped me out arranging the pick- up and drop-off of our 20' ocean container. Great service. Delivered as promised. Will definitely use again! Thx Guys!

This company is by far one of the worst in customer service I’ve ever seen in this industry. I hired Shryver in Ecuador to handle 1 pallet from Quito to Toronto. After this pallet arrived to Toronto I had to start talking to Allegro because my shipment couldn’t be release unless I pay a fee to Allegro. I didn’t agree to any of the storage charges since it wasn’t my fault that the 2 freight forwarders couldn’t communicate for a week. After I payed my invoice I was told at 11am that I had to pick up the pallet until 3 pm otherwise I’ll be charged 178 CAD for an extra day of storage. That is ridiculous, anyone in the industry knows that if I pay an LTL for an expedite they will charge a higher rate and I wasn’t going to assume that because they didn’t give me enough time to arrange a pick up. Long story short I had to pick up the pallet next day and pay 178 to the storage facility. Unbelievable….. I ship products from and to Canada every day and I have never seen this kind of customer service. Stay away from this company if you can!!! I didn’t have a choice.

Allegro is the worst shipping company you'll ever find in Canada. They overcharged me. When I requested to send the charges for inspection, they threatened to hold myshipment before I made a payment. The person Sahar Al-Jazrawi is an awful person that never listens to customer requests. Even they delivered the shipment on thewrong schedule, which is more terrible. If you DO NOT want headaches and overspending, I suggest you never ever use Allegro for your shipment.
