At the peak of the record hot days we found that our air conditioning unit was struggling. The customer service rep was able to schedule an appointment for the following day because we live with an elderly person. Shortly after our call was over, the company called back to let us know that a technician could come that afternoon. The technician, Derrick Spidell, was knowledgeable and experienced. We found him to honest and credible.
