I like coming here and I like the attention to detail they give. I usually get my shellac and dip manicures here and they last for 2-3 weeks. But I am unhappy with the last visit I did on Friday August 5.I got a shellac mani and pedi ($90) and by the next day, one nail was chipped. The day after 3 were chipped even though I did not do anything that would have caused my nail to chip this soon. The other times I got a shellac manicure I could wash dishes, clean, and they would stay strong. I didn’t not even do that this time And they were chipped so soon.Maybe it was the type of shellac Color or brand I chose but I am unhappy considering I paid $90 for them to chip the next day.

Lynn is the best! She’s fantastic. She knows what she’s doing and is very educated and skilled. Very professional compared to a lot of nail salons. My nails lasted 1+ month, great retention. I only trust her to wax my eyebrows and face!

Charged extra on the package we'd booked online without telling us, laughed at us when we went back in to talk to talk to them about it. Shellac started to wear away the day we got it, and they sent us away with wet toenails. I had to redo the big toes myself for my prom. They seem to be very nice to their regulars but dismiss the one-off clients as insignificant and unimportant jobs. Their facebook reviews are all five stars, not a single review lower than that, which leads me to believe they're deleting anything 4 stars and under. Thankfully, they can't delete a google review. Looking for a nail salon? Please don't go here.

First time at Ferndale Nails today. I moved up to Barrie from the city a year ago and was super hesitant to find a new nail salon after being down there for 20+ years. Booking an appointment was super easy, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and felt welcomed. Lynn engaged in conversation with me and was very detail oriented and particular with my pedicure and manicure. It’s safe to say that I found a nail salon in Barrie that I was satisfied with and will be returning to. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for a shellac pedicure and it was amazing! Price was $50 which I think is pretty on par with most places and it was clean and quiet

My nails have never lasted so long before! It has been so hard finding a good place in Barrie since moving to the area 2 years ago. So happy to now have found this place. Everyone is friendly!

Did an acrylic fill, and the woman was so kind and patient with helping me pick the colours. Super gentle with the filing (which is huge for me) and overall it was an amazing service. Came a couple weeks before for my first pedicure and that was great as well! Will be coming back!

Anybody who enjoys a pedicure will love going to Tommy. Best massage of legs and feet I have ever had. Paints your hands and feet and covers the whole nail.
