First time visiting this store today, May 29th, 2023. I wanted to purchase the Coco Chanel Oil perfume for my mother's 60th Birthday and it would've been such a perfect gift to add on for her to enjoy on her all-inclusive birthday Trip to the Caribbean Islands. The lady just ruined my whole experience. She was very unprofessional and rude. I didn't know how it works when it comes to the perfume oils etc. She refused to sell to me because I advised her, she didn't need to speak to me rudely. She got very defensive and started raising her voice at me, telling me what are you talking about, I help, etc. I told her it's the way you talked to me in that manner was very unprofessional and I know I need to pay first before you can accommodate placing the oil in a little separated bottle, to which I agreed to pay the additional fees. She refused to take any accountability for her rudeness toward me. Then I asked her for the manager or owner's information and she told me she was the manager, wow. That's how you do business? I work in the customer service field in the Corporate office establishment and this type of customer service I experienced today was very disheartening to me because people don't believe in customer service anymore. You refused my service because I addressed you in the way you were talking to me as a customer. I would never support businesses that mistreat their customers. I would gladly let all my family, friends, and all my social media platforms not do business here ever. If you decide to visit, beware of the unprofessional customer service, especially coming from the Manager/Owner.
