They have exceeding their delivery dates multiple times, various jobs. Good product selection, as long as you don't mind waiting forever.

The worse customer service I have ever had! I went in to get a few items for my husband who was renovating our house and dealt with a man named Austin, not only was he VERY rude to me the guy had no idea what he was doing. Not sure how new he is but I had to go back 4 times in one day before I asked to deal with a different salesman. Finally a man named Tim got my order right the first time, but I was very uncomfortable dealing with him as he stunk like booze I assume was from the night before. At least he got my order right but other than the fact he clearly stunk like alcohol he also extremely rude and short with me. So I asked to speak with a manager. I addressed my concerns to the manager Doug, he clearly didn't have any interest in how I was treat and cut me off in mid sentence by saying maybe women shouldn't leave the kitchen " I was horrified!!! I walked out and as I did Austin and Tim were both laughing it up at my expense. The only apology I did get was mouthed silently by the receptionist as I walked out the door. I'm pretty sure whoever owns / or is in charge of these 3 doesn't know how they are treating customers ( or only female customers?? ) I will NEVER go back to this business!! I was degraded by those 3. I have had bad customer service in the past but nothing like this!! I was mocked

Great supplier and great service department. The technicians are very easy to work with and get the job done quickly and on budget. If you need service for your business (doors, hardware, access control or anything security related,) these are the people to call!

Only 1 person allowed in which is ok. The lady employee didn't really get what I wanted which was lottery so I helped her & all was ok.

I am new to commercial construction and asked Tim at CP Distributers to supply me with a quote of 6 single fire rated doors and 6 Double, double E-gress doors. I sent him the prints with only the door specs and told him I didn't know much about doors so quote me as the prints say. He sent through the quote and I priced the job accordingly and awarded the contract to CP Distributors. 3 weeks later when we (my company) picked up the doors we were missing the double sets of doors. I called Tim asking for them and immediately he was aggressive towards me and said he didn't price out the double doors and it wasn't included.Frustrated, I asked him for a quote for the doubles, and he was snarky and told me it will be very expensive and a long wait time".I never received the quote

Staff over here is really help-full... the lady by herself came out to check if i can backup on her docks or nor, because it was new

THEY CHARGE 25% RESTOCKING!!!!! In what world is that acceptable. 25%. 1/4 of your total price. If you spend $10,000.00 there and something happens on your job site out of your control and you need to just return the products, never even removed from the packaging, it’s going to cost you $2,500.00! 25%! Absolutely crazy! I will be letting the construction world in Edmonton and area know what a crooked operation this is! I have more respect for the thieves that break into my truck than these crooked people!
