I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you and your staff went above and beyond to help me through a very difficult time. Having to say good buy to your partner, of more years that I can count, is very hard. Thank you for the care that you all took with her.

Terrible patient practices. I would not recommend this establishment. They refused veterinary care for a patient because the patient hasn’t been in there office for 3 years. Even after explaining the situation and how serious it is they were very policy and procedure oriented with very little care for how important the animal is to my family. It seems like the care for animals only matters if you spend money there every year. I will never go back or recommend that “BUSINESS” to friends and family.

Worst customer service. Never had a problem with any issue pertaining to the actual care of my pet. Front desk and reception was far from acceptable. Since you replied I will go into detail. I at no time was rude. Should I post screenshots of how rude and petty your office is? I kept the texts. I unnecessarily apologized twice for not understanding what your office should have made clear. Should I have left a piece of paper that was a voucher in the kennel with the dog outside? I understand the pandemic but YOUR implementation of not speaking to clientele directly before an appointment led to YOU not having the information YOU needed. Your office told me to call back to book the appointment after I recieved voucher. How would I have known about Clio specifically. The way you treated me was despicable. I am sorry I chose to bring my dog here. Again I am apologizing when you should.7

The staff is great and very accommodating and the dr has been excellent with my dog. Very friendly and personable. You can tell he truly cares about the animals.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The building is very clean and maintained. The driveway could be problematic in the winter but that's a problem from limited real estate options not the owners. And their costs and fees were amazingly cheap and the only suggested service was a nail trim. All in all great for not breaking the bank and putting your mind at ease.

A great veterinarian office. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I feel like our Puddy Cat was attended to well and hopefully his messed up ears will begin to heal up now.

They stayed open for me to do a c section so this cute little boy could live. Thanks to the staff at the Houlton clinic.
